---Also on this page are THREE other exams that the Class of 1998 took. The Class of 1998 had about 180 students. Did Einstein lose ALL those exams too? Because you only have to produce ONE of those exams to show that this class schedule is REAL.



---3 x 180 = 540. On this page ALONE, Einstein wants us to believe that their level of INCOMPETENCE is so great that they don't have 540 exams ?!


--Because if this is the level of INCOMPETENCE that ADA Spiro would like to demonstrate at Trial, then, with this alone, they should close this school.




--Each of those THREE exams passed through the hands of different professors in different departments. Do all those professors want to LIE too? ICM is run by the department of psychiatry, will ALL those psychiatrists LIE too? Because I would like to see that.....I'd like ADA Spiro to go to trial and humiliate every single professor in this school.....good job, ADA Spiro.... embarrassing the entire school, at Trial.....because you do Dan Riesel's dirty work....good job.




[ and that is just on this page, on the other pages that I published you will see other exams listed, each of those exams was take by about 180 students, and passed through the hands of different professors, there are about 180 students in the Class of 1998 and the Class of 1999, were ALL those exams lost, or spoiled too?

Because Einstein only has to produce ONE exam to show these schedules are REAL.


In addition, my transcript is inaccurate. It is missing ICM-D, a class that included Ethics, in Ethics class I got Honors on my paper.


The best you can say about this school is that you can't get an accurate transcript, they claim that they don't know what classes you took or when, or if you passed or failed them or not, this point was already admitted to by John Scarfone, dishonest lawyer, who had to change his story to comport with the truth after I publically embarrassed him on this blog, they can't produce exams, for this level of gross incompetence, alone, you should close this school-----and I don't have to get into the other issues----just deal with the overtly obvious surface issues----hi, Dr. Blau. ]




--These class schedules are REAL, I did not take Infectious Diseases or Parasitology, due to scheduling conflicts, I was not eligible for a federal Stafford loan, I paid for classes I never got, and LOTS of people, up and down the chain of command helped Yeshiva LIE to steal money from me, the state, and the federal governments.




--ADA Lenzer and ADA Spiro could stop persecuting me at any time, and start prosecuting the REAL criminals, the doctors who LIED, but, they won't because they do Yeshiva University's dirty work.



--Janice Bennett, a clinical psychologist at Columbia University who works with students, was and is responsible for accurately reporting the number of classes Yeshiva provided to me, pursuant to federal student loan fraud.


--According to Columbia's published policies, employees who engage in criminal conduct are NOT employed by Columbia. This is why my case was taken out of Vice-President Cindy Durning's hands and put back into the hands of the Department of Public Safety. Because they know Janice Bennett will turn on the lawyers that put the LIES in her mouth, to save her job.


---ADA Spiro could question Janice Bennett, but he won't, because he does Yeshiva University's dirty work.


--At the very least this is important consumer information for every pre-med: the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University LIES to steal money from its students, and the state and federal governments help them do it: they destroy the lives of innocent people, and ADA Spiro helps them do it.
