THE BOOK OF LIES: THE HUDSON COUNTY PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE HAS HAD AMPLE EVIDENCE OF FEDERAL STUDENT LOAN FRAUD SINCE 2005

---Here's Debra Simon's problem, the Hudson County Prosecutor's office has had ample evidence of federal student loan fraud since I first discovered it in 2005, and the Hudson County prosecutor's office got phone calls from, then, Congressman Menendez's office.




---What is Debra Simon going to do, have the Hudson County prosecutor's office investigate itself as a co-conspirator to federal student loan fraud ?





---What is Debra Simon going to do, investigate another prosecutor Tracey McQuaide, for refusing to enforce a "no-contact" order issued by a criminal court judge in Jersey City for me against municipal court judge Nino Falcone when he violated it 10 days after it was issued ? Nino Falcone threatened me in writing and acted on his threats. If Tracey McQuaide, a prosecutor at the Hudson County prosecutor's office, had enforced the law, ultimately, I would not have been physically assaulted and almost killed by these psychopaths. So again, what is Debra Simon going to do investigate and prosecute her own office ?



---Same problem for ADA Alex Spiro, what is ADA Spiro going to do when I call ADA Lenzer as a witness in federal student loan fraud ? The Manhattan District Attorney's office is going to testify against itself? The Manhattan District Attorney's office helps Yeshiva University steal money from students, the state and federal governments. The Manhattan District Attorney's office is a co-conspirator in federal student loan fraud.

---They accuse the victim of the conduct that they are guilty of, so, for example, North Bergen municipal court judge Nino Falcone MAILED THREATENING LETTERS TO ME, get it, A JUDGE MAILED THREATENING LETTERS TO ME, I did NOT mail threatening letters to a judge.





---On 10/2/2008, when Stacy Dix-Kielbiowski ran around behind my back telling Jersey City Medical Center that I mailed threatening letters to Judge Nesle A. Rodriguez, she KNEW and Dr. Chang at Jersey City Medical Center KNEW that was a LIE, see the screening document from 9/25/2008, which I will publish on this blog-site to protect my life from these psychopaths, and distribute widely as hand-bills.






---You know why the police refuse to take my legitimate complaints, because the harm to me will have to be accessed as, the answer to this question: what was the worse that could have happened, when Judge Nesle A. Rodriguez, Stacy Dix-Kielbiowski, Judge Nino Falcone, Ralph Pagnozzi conspired with Asaf Rosenheim and John Scarfone and my professors from Yeshiva University and others to intentionally hurt Ms. Radin ?


Answer: A physical assault on a person with a compromised spine could have resulted in paralysis or death = conspiracy to commit crimes, attempted murder, in addition to obstruction of justice and other crimes like false imprisonment and aggravated assault, and assault and battery, and assault on Robert Cross.






---Dan Riesl is so desperate he is trying to pin the blame on the security guards at Jersey City Medical Center. He wants them to take the fall from his crimes. Not so easy, Mr. Riesel, former chief prosecutor: Judge Nesle A. Rodriguez acting in concert with others conspired to manufacture false records, spread lies, and have me physically assaulted and almost murdered.

--The rabbis told me to go to the rabbi council and have all the rabbis look at how Rabbi Lamm pays attorneys to BEAR FALSE WITNESS AND LIE TO STEAL MONEY from students; they said Yeshiva University is NOT KOSHER, NOT KOSHER.
