THEY LIED TO MIKEY WEINSTEIN, TOO [ field notes ]

ITEM # 1:

---The last interaction I had with anyone remotely connected to West Point went like this.....essentially....we won't shoot her, unless, of course, she joins the Taliban.


---No one is shooting me, no matter what happens, even if I have no other choice other than to go to the Taliban for medical care.



---The Secret Service came to my house. They sat down with me. They told me the details of my case. I did not tell them. Then, they showed me how words and phrases from my writings were taken out-of-context to misconstrue my meanings, to falsely characterize me as a terrorist/potential assassin so that I could be shot at a public event, if I approached an elected official, no questions asked; a foundation was being made to justify my murder. I was being falsely characterized as a mentally-ill, terrorist/potential assassin so that I could be murdered/silenced, no questions asked.



---My records at Jersey City Medical Center are a testimony to my stalkers.....threatened to blow up a school in Washington if she didn't get a job at the Pentagon.....have you ever heard of anything so ridiculous ! Get real.

---I am supposed to get information to the Bronx DA, ASAP. He already knows that he is looking at BAD LAW and BAD FACTS, when he reviews my civil court papers.

---Debra Simon's case collapses down to three questions:


( 1 ) Where is the signed, court-order dated 9/12/2008 that Judge Rodriguez told Jonathan Goodman, my public defender, required me to speak with Stacy Dix-Kielbiowski on that day?



( 2) Where is the screening document that sent Jersey City Medical Center employees to my home at about 4 PM on Tuesday, September 30, 2008 to scare my family that there would be a padlock on my door the next day?


Vice-president Jim Martin is lying.....there doesn't have to be a screening document....anyone could have called it in....Where is the TELEPHONE screening document that sent Jersey City Medical Center employees to my home at about

I can publish the TELEPHONE screening document from Thursday, 9/25/2008 and we can all take a look at those LIES.


( 3 ) Where is the signed, court-order that Jersey City Medical Center told me, my family and my attorneys it had to hold me from 9/30/2008 to 10/3/2008?


They are liars.


On 9/30/2008, according to a police report, they claimed they had a "right" to hold me based on history at this hospital. That history is fraud. These false documents were created behind my back. Deliberately, they never checked the facts.


Then, they claimed they had a "right" to hold me based on my " uncooperative state ". No, they did not.



ITEM # 5:


I talked to Dr. La Monica today.


Dr. La Monica, you held me as a prisoner in your hospital because you said 36 federal judges couldn't be wrong....you refused to take 3 seconds to look at page 22 of my medical school bulletin....that I carried around with me like a prop, that demonstrates 36 federal judges LIED....the federal law that gives me the right to access and correct my records is stated on this page.....Dr. La Monica, in September 2009, Yeshiva University's attorneys admitted that 36 federal judges LIED.....Dr. La Monica was so guilty.....he could not run away fast enough.

---The Manhattan DA conspiring with Yeshiva's dishonest lawyers, LIED to a criminal court judge, Judge Simpson, in Manhattan: we don't know what this is all about. Yes, you do. Mike Tyberg and I were in your offices last summer.

---They lied to Mr. Mikey Weinstein, Military Religious Freedom Foundation, too.


---Mr. Weinstein asked the New York Orthodox-Jewish community, a.k.a. the Yeshiva University crowd, upper-westside Manhattan, for money to support Military Religious Freedom Foundation.


---They said no, because they were scared to death that Mr. Weinstein would figure out that they violated " church & state " or that the attention that Military Religious Freedom Foundation attracted would " OUT " them [ you know,
out-ed, as in when they out a gay man from the closet ].


---They didn't want to give money to a Jewish man to run around attacking Christians for violating "church & state" when they were doing the same thing. They were trying to stay under the radar. You should talk to Diane Persky about it, she was honest.....Lidya, everyone in New York knows that they are lying, they are not "non-denominational" , they are right-wing Orthodox-Jews who lie to keep the public money coming in, is Diane Persky anti-Semitic too, for telling the truth ? NO.


---But, they couldn't tell Mr. Weinstein that, so they insulted his " jewish-ness " by saying he and his wife weren't Orthodox enough.

ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS:

( 1 ) NO. The trial in summer 2008 was NOT for non-payment of rent. That is a LIE. I always paid my rent.


The trial was about....the landlord gave me a NEW lease, I challenged it. One paragraph stated that the landlord got attorney's fees, but, the tenant did not.....if the tenant did bad, then, the landlord goes to court, if he wins, he also gets the tenant to pay for his attorneys' fees, so that paying for a lawyer does not become a barrier to justice.

I asked for the same. They said no. We went to court to ask for the same consideration.

The trial was never about me breaking my lease. Falcone, who is incompetent, tried to twist it that way. Not true.

( 2 ) I was NOT treated in the ambulance in 1996. That is another LIE.

I inhaled a patient's blood as a medical student and was not able to get medical care, because I am being stalked by a psychopath who intrudes on my health care, because he is obsessed with his criminal scheme to label me as a terrorist/potential assassin....mentally-ill person, when I am not.


( 3 ) Let me take a wild guess....they already turned....standing behind Falcone is.....Dan Riesel.....and standing behind him is Yeshiva University's Board of Trustees, like Sy Simms, and if I started asking questions about money/donations going to Jersey City Medical Center, and why they started their community relations work.....I'll bet I get a lot of interesting answers.

The Board of Trustees admitted in 2004 that Michael J. Reichgott, MD, "former" dean for students intentionally falsified a security report to break into my home on the Einstein campus. Now, they are freaking out, because the doctors and lawyers on their pay-role stalked me to Jersey City, and the lies they spread about me almost caused my death.
