THE BOOK OF LIES: THIS IS ALL THE BUSINES I DID ON YESHIVA'S CAMPUSES FROM 1999 TO NOW.
---I did business out of Yeshiva University's main library and their legal counsel, John Scarfone, didn't have a clue ? !
---I had sales/marketing signs up in the main library, three filing cabinets of Kaplan materials in the main library so the students would not have to travel, sometimes, 3 hours round-trip to downtown and be so exhausted they'd sleep at the Kaplan Center instead of studying [ that's not getting their money's worth ], I donated Kaplan bags because the library had no bags to give out to the patrons and they complained to the library staff about it, I had Kaplan pencils in Kaplan cups, and little signs at the front desk----and AFTER John Scarfone lies in court----that's when Rabbi Lamm finds me dangerous !
---I wasn't dangerous when I was handing Yeshiva checks for the room rentals to run Kaplan classes on-campus for the convenience of their students !
---I wasn't dangerous when I was hiring their students or giving out scholarships or giving out free practice tests !
---What a pack of LIARS !

"SHE REPEATS, THERE MUST BE SOMETHING WRONG WITH HER" ---GIVE ME A BREAK
---I have to listen to this stupidity from my own lawyer.
---( 1 ) Learning and memory work like this: if you learn something new today and you REPEAT/review it within 24 hours, you will have it for a week, if you REPEAT/review it within a week, you will have it for a month, if you REPEAT/review it within a month you will have it for a year, and if you REPEAT/review it within a year, you will have it forever, so the way to become an effective life-long learner [ which is what physicians are supposed to be ] what we should do is to review old material as we incorporate new information.
When I was a private tutor, and teacher, the companies I worked for trained us to incorporate reviewing techniques into every lesson.
--( 2 ) Effective sales and marketing is ALL about REPETITION.
--( 3 ) Anytime you deal with patients, you have to say something 3 times, and WRITE IT DOWN for them, because they are IN PAIN and AFRAID and not listening to any thing you say.
--( 4 ) There are new visitors to this blog, and I can't expect that they are going to read through hundreds of entries to get at a few bullet points [ unlike those who have been with me from the beginning ], so, of course, I have to repeat some information [ usually, into strings or lists of FACTS ] . I did not expect that this blog would turn into a running dialog, but, it did. Now, it is a field-test.
---( 5 ) I was thinking of taking up the piano; music, I understand, is all about PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE or REPEATING the same finger movements until perfect. Same in sports, endless repetition until you get it right.
---( 6 ) The strategy of the dishonest lawyers I have to deal with is to: ( i ) make sure that I do not get a lawyer, ( 2 ) keep me out of the courts, and if I get a lawyer and get into court, then, to ( 3 ) create a false court record, and influence the judge, so, my strategy is to get ON-THE-RECORD, with the FACTS, one way is this blog-----now, the FACT that I have to resort to a blog, and REPEAT all the information that I already entered into the courts, and with various purportedly responsible individuals, agencies and institutions tells you a lot about my stalkers and how corrupt our system really is.
---( 7 ) AN EXPRESSION OF ANGER IS THE FIRST STEP IN THE GRIEVING PROCESS---my medical school is supposed to know that, given the FACT that they hold themselves out to the general public as possessing expertise in psychiatry. The FACT that they do not, demonstrates the incompetence of this school; it also increases my damages, as I can hold them to a higher standard of care [ the legal argument ].

CUTTING THE BUDGET: RADIN'S LANDLORD TENANT CASE
----It is a Republican strategy.
---Currently, the tax payers of Jersey pay to give money to legal aid, Northeast New Jersey Legal services, Lawrence Sindoni's group.
---They can only handle a small number of cases, and Mr. Sindoni was already complaining that their budget was going to be cut.
---So, you see, it was easy------with my case, we get attorney's fees for tenants too, and we take the burden off the tax-payers, develop a new revenue source for lawyers in the private sector, and get protection for every tenant in Jersey state.
---Because of Yeshiva's evil influence in my case, State Senator Sandra Cunningham can sponsor a bill [ tenants get attorney's fees, too ] and be a great, big hero and share her victory with the President who wants to see positive, progressive change driven upward from the grass-roots level, and help him cut budgets, because, let's face it, he has to pay for his stimulus package, and make friends with the new Governor, Chris Christie.
