Brig. Gen. Patrick Finnegan is a lawyer, admitted to the bar of the United States Supreme Court, and the DEAN OF STUDENTS at Westpoint. He KNOWS with ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY that a
" former " student CAN correct her records. He knows with ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY that I am CRIME VICTIM in a federal student loan program. He knows with absolute certainty that he helped Howard Dean's medical school and 36 federal judges LIE to STEAL MONEY from me.
Note: 4.24.05 letter is not in a linear pathway; it did not stimulate, in and of itself, in a linear, one-dimensional fashion the subsequent April 26, 2005, Sallie Mae letter, and the May 11, 2005 letter. DR. LANDER WAS USED AS COVER FOR YESHIVA.
Jonathan Lenzner, Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office ( telephone: 212-335-9924 ), prosecuted Touro College [ Dr. Lander's school ] for maintainng false business records.
So far, Mr. Lenzner has treated me with contempt.

Congressman Mica's office sent a FedX to the House Judiciary Committee, now, controlled by the Democrats.
Staff [ renata strause ] claimed that this FedX was "lost". Where's the tracking and confirmation number?

I thought this was a reasonable request, and said so, in front of witnesses and in writing. I was expelled because I refused to sign a contract wherein I would agree to release Yeshiva University from liability should doctors in its employ commit a malpractice on me, and use that malpractice to destroy my career, and my life.

Judge Edmead knows " yeshiva victims " Marlen Abramova, Jeevan Padiyar, and their associates perpetrated a fraud, knowingly, willfully, intentionally, with malice to hurt Lidya Radin, and any one else they could get their hands on.
