At 5 PM 0n 9/25/08, I WON against my landlords. I was in Judge Fast's court-room in Superior Court, on Newark Avenue

[ what were the mental-health workers going to help me with? The celebration? My landlords' attorney knew that there was no eviction ].

At 6 PM, after I WON against my landlords, in a higher court, in a different geographic location, Judge Rodriguez's court [ lower court, different geographic location ] sent a FAX to Jersey City Medical Center (JCMC) AND set the mental health workers on me. Why? I had not been in her court-room since 9/12/08.

What does winning against my landlords, in a different court, have to do with Judge Rodriguez? or Stacey Dix-Kielbiowski? RETALIATION.

According to my falsified medical records: "Pt. referred by court liaison [ Stacey Dix-Kielbiowski ] for increasingly agitated behaviors in court & community"

What "increasingly agitated behaviors" ? I WON in Judge Fast's court-room. I was in a DIFFERENT COURT-IN A DIFFERENT GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION. I hadn't seen Judge Rodriguez or Stacey Dix-Kiewbiowski since 9/12/08.

What behaviors in the "community" ? I was out-of-town for days, on a business trip. I wasn't even IN the community.

At 9:30 PM, on 9/25/08, mental health workers from Jersey City Medical Center, accompanied by armed, uniformed police, accosted me in the street, as I was walking home from parking my car.

Their words: "She would not answer questions".

I am looking at the three-page screening document that they created on this date and the whole thing is a FABRICATION. Lies:

"(1) Pt. interviewed"

"( 2 ) Info. collected" .

The follow-up plan includes a follow-up with Stacey Dix-Kielbiowski. She refused to return my phone calls from Friday, 9/26/08 to Tuesday, 9/30/08 when I confronted her with a pack of lies: Stacey, why are you running around telling people that if I don't get a job with the Pentagon, I'm going to blow up a school?

Hey, Stacey, I talked to the Pentagon investigator on 9/24/08. He knew this was a lie.

Hey, Stacey, why are you lying to the staff at Jersey City Medical Center, on 10/2/08: "As per Stacey, pt has been mailing threatening letters to Judge Rodriguez". What letters? Show me one. Show me the post-marked envelopes.

What reason does Jersey City Medical Center have for not discussing this with me?

Why is this the first I am hearing of this? Why are these vicious rumors circulated behind my back?

I can't wait to turn the 9/25/08 screening document into a hand-bill to show every potential tenant. I can't wait to talk to every person in Jersey City municipal court---here's how Stacey Dix-Kielbiowski lied about me---goodness knows, what lies she tells about you.

Who would want to live in Jersey City?

Judge Rodriguez used Jersey City Medical Center (JCMC) like a club.

She calls up Jersey City Medical Center.

The mental health workers come out to your house.

You don't talk to them, but, that does not matter.

They go back to Jersey City Medical Center, create a false record, that is then used to hurt you. I was phyically assualted on 9/30/08, while trying to recover from a neck and back injury. What were the security guards trying to do? Cripple me? Why did they physically assualt the elder gentleman who accompanied me? Is he a terrorist too? My landlords, Ralph and Magda Pagnozzi, knew I was injured. They saw the damage to my car. Nino Falcone saw the damage to my car---want me to post the photographs. There is no doubt in anyone's mind that I was injured.

The point of this exercise, was to create a false medical record so Dan Riesel could run around behind my back...spreading vicious rumors.

It is pretty frightening, when you think about it.

Anytime your landlord, or any one else in Jersey City wants to beat up on you, all they have to do is call Jersey City Medical Center, and tell any lie they want, these hoodlums will go along with it.

Drs. Stewart, La Monica, and Jelnov can spend their time drafting a false medical record, but, they refuse to discuss their false statements of material fact with me, their victim. They refuse to return a phone call.

What a bunch of hoodlums.

Hey, Robert Ruiz, I can' t wait to sit in your hospital lunch-room and show every single one of your co-workers the photograph with Ralph Pagnozzi's HAIRY hand in it, you know, the hand with a knife you claim was mine, so that there is no doubt in anyone's mind that you are a sociopath.
