Either these doctors step it up and start telling the truth, or I am on the phone with every single resident of Long Island, at every city council meeting, at every county meeting, telling the truth myself.


I got Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval. Words like "excellent" were used. Patients complimented me to the attendings [ it was a little embarrassing ].

I came in to work 90 hours a week. The residents only worked 70 hours a week. One of the attendings had to take me aside and tell me to go hide, because I was making the residents look bad [ I thought they were coming in 120 hours a week ].

I cross-referenced to patient data, information I still have. A vice-president from a New York City hospital had his wife enrolled in my study, and asked me about taking my study to his hospital.

In addition to everything else, Long Island Jewish Medical Center was supposed to get 3 to 5 [ are you getting hip to the Nazi propaganda technique--military-- ] original clinical research papers [ depending on how I divided up the data ], William Rennie was supposed to be first author, I was supposed to be second author, the rest was up for grabs.

They refused to let me apply for a research grant to support my work.

Subsequent to my illegal expulsion, I got a federal grant, so I can demonstrate INCREASED FUNCTIONING, contrary to Dr. Jelnov's ridiculous diagnosis.

At each stage of the game, I can demonstrate INCREASED FUNCTIONING, and how I was deliberately undermined, because I am being persecuted through life by a bunch of racists who are DESPERATELY trying to manage towards a diagnosis of decreased functioning so that they can slap a label of schizphrenia on me, because their CRIMES bring the whole school down. I am the fourth student that they have tried to slap a false psychiatric label on. If I was a pre-med, I would have nothing to do with these psychopaths.

So, here's how this is going to go. If the doctors at Long Island Jewish Medical Center want to go along with the fiction that Einstein wants to tell, that they watched me develop a major mental-illness during my first two years at medical school, THEN, I am going to tell every single person on Long Island, yep, that's what we do here at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, we sic the crazy students on you, we let them sit ALONE, UNSUPERVISED, AND BEHIND CLOSED DOORS WITH SICK AND DYING PEOPLE, with a disease characterized by delusions and hallucinations, and LOTS OF DANGEROUS MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, until, of course, one of our crazy Einstein students kills or maims you, then, we do something about it----yeah, right, that makes a lot of sense; chief of staff at New York State Assembly-woman Nettie Mayersohn's office, Mike, laughed about this---they are lying, Lidya, everyone knows.

----talked to ERIC ROSEN today, law clerk in Judge Patterson's chambers, for DAN RIESEL'S PERJURY on SUBSTANTIVE issues [ not old lady word games ], I WIN AUTOMATICALLY WITH PREJUDICE [ this means my case is decided in MY FAVOR, and Dan Riesel is told to go away and NEVER COME BACK ]. I DON'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING MORE----I WON.

Dan Riesel LIED. I NEVER got a hearing, much less two. I was STANDING out in a hall, with creditable witnesses, while in a meeting room, my professors gave false, unsworn testimony against me; I was not permitted to be in the room to hear the arguments against me, much less defend myself.

They cannot produce a written, published, faculty-approved hearing procedure, or a certified, verbatim transcript, because these DO NOT EXIST.

I did the legwork for the New York State attorney general's office.

All nine medical schools in New York have procedures that are fatally flawed. Overall, I do not believe that any medical student has gotten a hearing, much less a fair hearing, in the HISTORY of our nation; an Iranian diplomat had to fight for us, because NO ONE else would; thank goodness for Iran, and a Bosnian president, or I would be dead today. I am lucky to be alive.

I DO NOT HAVE TO PROVE ANYTHING, ANYMORE, I HAVE DAN RIESEL'S PERJURY-----I AM DONE.

The entire Second Circuit Court of Appeals knows too. Based on the facts I presented to the higher court, my case can be returned to the lower district court to correct and expand the record. AGAIN, they lied.

My case was not returned to the lower court to correct and expand the record, because if done, then, Dan Riesel would have to admit to PERJURY----an issue he cannot face.

Item # 3: Unlike Bob Jones, YU lied about who they were, they are not "non-denominational" , they hire and fire according to religious rules, as demonstrated by the Diane Persky case, and they assert the right to subject students to student discipline up to and including expulsion, for refusing to obey religious rules.

Item # 4: Municipal court judge Nino Falcone, dishonest attorney hired by my landlords, violated a "no-contact" order within 10 days, issued on
January 18, 2008, and Ralph Pagnozzi, violated this order within 24 hours, with a police officer as a witness.

The notice that Nino Falcone sent me in January 2008 is worthless----the entire eviction is ILLEGAL based on this alone. Plus, there is even more evidence that Lawrence Sindoni deliberately kept off the record, evidence from May, June, and July of 2008 that speak to "fresh" acts of retaliation, and that demonstrate that I did not harass the other tenants, they asked me about their rights.


I informed the Hudson County prosecutor's office about Nino Falcone and Ralph Pagnozzi violating a criminal court's "no-contact" order, and that office refused to do anything about it. Instead, I had to listen to a bogus excuse....how does the landlord enforce his rights....he does not threaten a tenant to the point where she is compelled to get a "no-contact" order [ a signed, written, order, which I will publish] from a criminal court, with an unrelated person who came along as a witness. These "no-contact" orders are not worth the paper that they are printed on, & if the military refuses to protect me, as I go over Judge Carpenter's and Judge Gallipoli's head, and to the FBI, and to the state attorney general, then, I can appeal to the international community; now, I am another woman who has to appeal to the international community, because these "no-contact" orders are worthless; I can build on a case that is already being presented to the international community that demonstrates "no-contact" orders are worthless.

The Hudson County prosecutor's office cannot investigate itself----we need a change of venue.

DISCREDITING YESHIVA OFFICIALS IN MANHATTAN CRIMINAL COURT---GOES LIKE THIS:

I HAVE THE RIGHT TO SELF-DEFENSE.

( 1 ) FACT, Touro College turned themselves in to the Mahattan DA.

( 2 ) FACT, I was threatened by Ralph Pagnozzi, and Nino Falcone, Falcone threatened me in writing. Nino Falcone is a municipal court judge in North Bergen.

I was threatened with kidnapping by the North Bergen police, threatened by Mel Goldberg at the New York State Attorney General's office, threatened by officials at my medical school [ who lied to steal money from me ], including Todd Olson, and Dominick Purpura, who threatened me in front of a witness who kept notes----" what makes you think this has any thing to do with the truth, Lidya", and I told other witnesses, who were waiting for me outside Dr. Purpura's office immediately after Dr. Purpura threatened me. Dr. Cacace can confirm, this is how they behave, he was threatened at this institution too, and those threats were acted on; and there is MORE.

( 3 ) My car crash happened on June 24, 2008. I was hit while legally parked.
I asked NJ Legal Services for 2 weeks off from the trial to get medical care, and was told no. I was forced to go through a trial and deliberately denied medical care until late July 2008.

( 4 ) FACT, doctors, notably Dr. Jelnov, deliberately omitted a mental status exam done on 7/29/2008, pursuant to my car crash, that said THERE WERE NO MOOD OR THOUGHT DISORDERS, from my medical records at Jersey City Medical Center, so he could make good on his threats----he tried to diagnose me as delusional for the past year to get criminals off the hook.

( 5 ) FACT, Jersey City Medical Center tried to diagnose me as delusional by saying Ralph Pagnozzi did not slash my door with a knife.

Ralph Pagnozzi admitted that he DID slash my door with a knife, in violation of a "no-contact" order, he admitted this both before and after my false imprisonment; then, to get him off-the-hook, his criminal defense attorney came up with a bogus, fabricated excuse.

I posted signs on my door, altering the police to a "verbal" no-contact order, because from July 10, 2008 to September 12, 2008, Judge Nesle Rodriguez REFUSED to give me anything in writing, and the Jersey police taunted me.....ha, ha, ha, ha, its not in writing, so it doesn't exist....ha, ha, ha, ha.......they refused to make a single phone call to the municipal court to confirm for themselves, even after my landlords violated the "no-contact" order repeatedly, in August 2008, in front of witnesses. Ultimately, I had to get an audio to play to the police.

Ralph Pagnozzi pulled my signs down, repeatedly, because he did not want anyone to know there was a "no-contact" order against him. Ultimately, I was compelled to tape them to my door.

Ralph Pagnozzi did not like me posting a sign on my door, altering police officers to the "no-contact" order, in summer 2008, because Ralph Pagnozzi has LIED to the police before, and brought them to my door to intimidate me, in violation of a "no-contact" order. He violated a "no-contact" order issued by the criminal court in Jersey City, within a 24-hour period in January 2008. Nino Falcone violated this "no-contact" order within a 10-day period. The Hudson County Prosecutor's office refused to protect me.

The court records at the municipal court in Jersey City are falsified. The state attorney general knows these municipal court records have been tampered with before.

Mrs. Pagnozzi filed criminal charges against me on June 2, 2008 for harassment, because she claimed she did not like me telling people that she is a criminal. She is a criminal. She came into landlord-tenant court, and presented evidence that she and her hushand under-report their rental income to cheat on their income taxes. I have the paper-work for June 2, 2009. So, does Lawrence Sindoni.

I filed a count-charge on June 10, 2008. None of this is accurately reported in the municipal court record.

The municipal court record states some bogus, fabricated charge about me harassing my landlords by asking for heat on 10/29/2007. I did not harass my landlords by asking for heat in October 2007, after they refused to provide heat for 3 days, and did so in retaliation, because I won a judgment against them on 10/12/2007 for over $1,000.00.


( 6 ) Thanks to the LIES my landlords and their attorneys told [ which I can directly relate to my medical school, and the Russian-Jewish community, notably Marlen Abramova, her mother, and her mother's psychiatrist, as Det. Lee, NYPD, and chief of staff at Nettie Mayersohn's office, New York State Assembly-woman, already know ], I was physically attacked at Jersey City Medical Center, and so was a man who came with me, to protect me.

( 7 ) I was physically attacked, while trying to recover from neck and back injuries. I am lucky to be alive.

( 8 ) I have amply demonstrated that civilian authority and parts of the military, like Brig. Gen. Patrick Finnegan, repeatedly refused to protect me from criminals and sociopaths. As a civilian in a time of war, I can ask the military to protect me as an adjunct police force, when civilian authority refuses to do so. If the military cooperates in crimes against me, I can appeal to the international community.

( 9 ) The next time someone tries to attack me, including dirty cops,
I will protect myself, as is my right by law, up to and including deadly force, if I have to.

DO NOT TRUST THE FBI--THAT'S WHY I WENT TO THE MILITARY.

-As a civilian, in a time of war, I can appeal to the military, as an adjunct police force, when I demonstrate that civilian authority is so corrupt that it refuses to protect me, and my property, as I have done. Civilian authority is so corrupt it does not protect 97% of Americans.

-In 2007, Mike Leavitt, US Secretary, Department of Health & Human Services, told me, if I had to, I should come back to him. When I tried, his FBI security detail, Mr. Ray, blocked me. I talked to Mr. Leavitt, face-to-face, in front of lots of witnesses [ FBI = federal bureau of investigation ].

-In 2008, I told Lawrence Sindoni, my attorney from NJ Legal Services, we have to go to the FBI. He refused to help me.

-Leaving Fort Knox, Lt. Col. Kevin C. Reilly confirmed, the FBI in Newark will do nothing. I went to them on 9/26/2008.

-Now, the FBI, a year later, is going to save me, and my fellow citizens, I hope so, but, I am reporting to the ARMY, and others.

-From the Inspector General's Office, at the Department of Health & Human Services, inspector # 19, when I tried to correct my intentionally falsified records, he has a distinctive, recognizable accent: " we are a brick wall why don't you go away ". They conspire to help Yeshiva University steal.

-Inspector General's Office, at the Department of Education = a joke.

-And, I suspect that Ms. Spellings, US Secretary of Education, was deliberately kept in the dark, about power she had by statute.

-Manhattan DA's office, Special Prosecutor's office, I went there last summer, and they gave me some college kid, summer intern, to pretend that they did something, when they did not.

-Does anyone really believe that they are going to do something, now?

-If they had taken appropriate action last summer, I would not have been physically assaulted at Jersey City Medical Center. My deliberately falsified records at Yeshiva University are a foundation for the creation of even more falsified records at other institutions. I have NEVER been provided with my complete, unedited records; Yeshiva University LIED.

-When I asked to see my records, from Columbia University, in constrast, they were provided to me, immediately, Columbia didn't even bother asking me for a written request.

-Robert M. Morgenthau, Manhattan DA, is the chairman of the Holocaust Museum.

-Cross-reference the wealthy people who donate to Yeshiva University, and those that give to the Holocaust Museum, and see what you get: will Mr. Morgenthau prosecute his rich friends?

-Those that donate to Yeshiva University get a 3 to 1 write-off, the last time I checked, Yeshiav University, an overtly Orthdox-Jewish school, is one big INCOME TAX-SHELTER, you know, like the write-off that those who donate to Bob Jones University, a Christian school, DO NOT GET. I had this conversation with Senator Grassley's office last week.


-Recall, Michael J. Reichgott, MD, my "former" dean for students, already admitted to Yeshiva's Board of Trustees that he intentionally falsified a security report to illegally break into my home on the Einstein campus. The response of the Board of Trustees, oh....its only one example.....Nope, I can provide example after example, after example....nothing but a pack of liars.

-Last week, Yeshiva University complained to that they didn't like me making phone calls.

-Yeah, if I was lying to steal MONEY from a student, I won't like her calling me to complain about it, either [ and, lying to steal grants from the state and federal governments ]. I'd want to silence my victims, too.

-I was arrested and am being prosecuted, for a bogus charge, for making a few phone calls to advocate for myself: give me my records, Rabbi Lamm, and let's see the LIES your doctors and lawyers told about me, the LIES you pay for. This is called MALICOUS PROSECUTION, and, ABUSE OF PROCESS. I asked Det. Lee, NYPD. His opinion...they are risking their careers.

[ Brig. Gen. Finnegan, in light of the fact that I was referred to as less than human, as a goy, and, as my then attorney will confirm, told that it was OK to experiment on me, as if I were a lab rat, can I also argue that this is a HATE CRIME? ].

-Let's see Yeshiva University prosecuted for maintaining false business records, in my case, let's see Mr. Morgenthau uphold the law for me.

NO SUCH THING AS SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE---JEWISH RACISM---JEWISH PRIVATE RELIGIOUS SCHOOLS GET MONEY--OTHERS RELIGIONS DO NOT.

The Constitutional Issue:

ALL OR NONE = NEUTRALITY TO RELIGION.

There is no such thing as separation of church and state, that is a mis-quote attributed to one of our founding fathers, our constitution speaks to NEUTRALITY towards religion, either all religions get the equal access to public funds, to federal tax-dollars to finance private, religious education in the same unfettered manner that Yeshiva University enjoys, or none do; giving to all or giving to none, is neutrality towards religion.

Why are different standards applied to different schools?

Brief background & why this is important to Touro College:

I was a medical student at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University, and I discovered, among other things, in June 2005 * [ see note A, below ], that this school committed fraud in a federal student loan program to steal money from me, is maintaining false business records, a crime, and refuses to allow me to make full, true, and complete entries into my business records, another crime.

My intentionally falsified records are being to persecute me though life.

As Rabbi Marcus knows, a graduate of Touro College, Mike Tyberg, also had his financial records at Yeshiva’s medical school falsified, too. Mike Tyberg is a white, Orthodox-Jewish man. At Yeshiva University, a Jew steals from another Jew, and the woman who fought to protect, was me, a goy. NOT KOSHER, Rabbi Lamm, not kosher.

The consequences of committing fraud in a federal student loan program are HUGE. Yeshiva loses its ability to administer this program, forever.

At a meeting with the FBI, an attorney who is helping me will be present, as will representatives from other groups/individuals who want answers to questions.

Touro College has an interest in sending a representative to this meeting. That person does not have to say who he/she is, or why he/she is present, that person can just sit quietly, in the back of the room, as a neutral, objective observer. Update on 6/11/2009-FBI wants a private meeting--fine. I WILL report back.

Issue # 1:

When Touro College maintained false business records, the Manhattan District attorney’s office had no problem prosecuting, but, when Yeshiva University maintains false business records, the Manhattan District attorney’s office [ see note B, below ] refuses to prosecute, why?

Jurisdiction is an excuse. This school has been sued in Manhattan and in the Bronx, based on the wording of its name: the Albert Einstein College of Medicine [ located in the Bronx ] of Yeshiva University [ located in Manhattan ]; they play old lady word games.

Nevertheless, in a timely manner, I went to the Bronx district attorney’s office, too. The Bronx district attorney’s office lied to Congressman Weiner’s office
[ MANIPULATE THE FLOW OF INFORMATION----or is that the idea? Are you sensing a theme here, Lt. Col. Wardle ? Manipulating the flow of information to manipulate a GENERAL ! You won't think of doing anything like that, would you Wardle... ].

My case is multi-jurisdictional. The Hudson County prosecutor’s office, located in New Jersey, refused to take proper action, too.

Issue # 2:

When Bob Jones University discriminated on the basis of religion, in theory, its tax-exemption was revoked.

When Yeshiva University hurt, hurt REAL people, not in theory, stole money, discriminated on the basis of religion, and shocked the community conscience with other crimes and transgressions, based on the standards articulated in the Bob Jones University case, its tax-exemption is not revoked, why?

Issue # 3:

Real people from Touro College were convicted of real crimes, still its tax-exemption was not revoked.

Again, the case against Bob Jones University was made in theory, yet, its tax-exemption was revoked. Why?

Concern A: The Biased Press.

Notably absent from the press reports is the FACT that Touro College turned itself in, and got a special commendation for being truthful and forthcoming.

Yes, we need publicity, at the very least, to show that when Touro College did the right thing, it still got bad press.

This is an opportunity to correct that omission, and get good press for Touro, in contrast, to Yeshiva University.

Brig. Gen. Patrick Finnegan, on the West Point campus, knows that I am telling the truth:

Note A: Judge Patterson ruled against me in May 2005. I discovered the intentionally falsified promissory note in June 2005. This newly-discovered evidence gives me the ability to amend my complaint. An amended complaint completely replaces the original complaint.

Ultimately, this is irrevelant. I have perjury [ I did not get 2 hearings, I did not get one hearing ], SHOW ME, SHOW ME the written, published, faculty-approved hearing procedure that fully comports with the spirit of the law, and allows a student like me to be in the room to hear the arguments against me. THEY CANNOT becasue IT DOES NOT EXIST. I was required to stand out in a hall, while in a meeting room, my professors gave false, unsworn testimony against me.


The reason Yeshiva's attorneys do not want me to submit an amended complaint is because I will drag in the religious issue, and cite to Diane Persky's case, Diane Persky is a Conservative-Jewish woman who successfully sued Yeshiva University for religious discrimination. The work her attorney did was good. Her career was ended because she wasn't Jewish enough, not Orthodox enough, not a good role model for our girls....Diane Persky laughed when I called her....everyone in New York knows Yeshiva University is NOT " non-denominational".....everyone knows that it is an overtly religious private school.....everyone knows they lied for the money....everyone knows they engage in FALSE ADVERTISING.

Note B:

At the Manhattan District attorneys office, last summer, they gave me a student intern to talk to, NOT an ATTORNEY. He did not even finish college. He was not able to evaluate the crimes in my case.

Had the Manhattan District attorneys office taken my complaint seriously then, I would not have been physically assaulted by Jersey City Medical Center, and my friend, who tried to protect me, would not have been assaulted, either.

WE NEED CRIMINAL PROSECUTION--TALKING IS NOT ENOUGH TO STOP THIS.

TERRORISM = THE NEW McCARTHY-ism.

According to a Congressman, first, they find someone they don't like, then, they run around behind that person's back falsely accusing that person of being a terrorist.

( 1 ) In 1998/1999, I was sitting at a event at Columbia University, and a bunch of racist Jews spit in my face....here's the lies Yeshiva tells about you...." she's so angry *, she's gonna get a bomb and blow up the school ".

The same stupidity I heard in my landlord-tenant case: " she's so angry about a $50 per-month rent increase that she's damaging the Pagnozzis' property ", to establish motive. Damage to property is one excuse that can be used to drop-kick an innocent person into a psychiatric hospital to falsely label that person as mentally-ill when that person is not.

What these sociopaths did not know was that previously I got $50 per-month rent increases, for three consecutive years, with another landlord and could care less.

Lawrence Sindoni, my lawyer from Northeast New Jersey Legal Services, could have easily gotten a certification from this landlord to defend me, but refused to help me. Mr. Sindoni had conversations behind my back about a number of issues, and refused to check the FACTS with me; I can provide more examples. This is not representation. This is manipulation, like the show-trials they had in the Soviet Union.

The municipal court prosecutor in Jersey City could have easily obtained a certification from this landlord, too, or talked to me, like a human being, but, did not, because running around behind my back is a bunch of racist Jews who are pushing this, because they are DESPERATE to discredit me.

( 2 ) Because I refused to let Marlen Abramova steal my work, Marlen Abramova and Jeevan Padiyar made a false police report about me claiming aggravated harassment. Detective Lee and his partners cleared me, New York Police Department. Making false police reports is a crime. After he cleared me, Detective Lee let me know that Marlen Abramova, sanctioned and endorsed by the dishonest Russian-Jewish community, goaded by my medical school, ran around spreading vicious lies that I was going to go to Hamas, to get a bomb to blow up my medical school. That's silly, Detective Lee, I can do more damage by telling the truth, I told him; the truth is my strongest weapon.

I plan on having a conversation with a duly-elected government, like Hamas...[ its not treason to talk to a government that was duly-elected, even if a bunch of racist Zionists don't like it, Lt. Col. Wardle ], here's how a bunch of racist Jews are persecuting me, and here's how my government is helping them...up to and including " former " president George W. Bush, who should do the right thing, already, and stand up for his people, the BUM; not work for a bunch of racist Jews.

( 3 ) I sat down with Mike Simanowitz, chief of staff at New York State Assembly woman Nettie Mayersohn's office, telephone: 718-969-1508, and he agreed with me, they are nothing but a pack of liars.

He told me Marlen Abramova was running around behind my back telling people that I was going to get a bomb to blow up my medical school, goaded by her community and a racist medical school.

Mr. Simanowitz acknowledged that Yeshiva University was nothing but a pack of liars. They ran around behind my back telling people that they were watching me develop a major mental-illness, schizophrenia, a disease characterized by delusions and hallucinations, throughout my two years of medical school. Right.

While I was a medical student, I worked alone, unsupervised, [ that's how much they trust me, that's how much confidence they have in me, they don't trust each other like they trust me ] and behind closed doors with sick and dying patients, and lots of dangerous medical equipment, what were they waiting for, Mr. Simanowitz, for me to have a delusion or hallucination and hurt a patient ? He laughed.

( 4 ) The racist Jews at Yeshiva University wanted to get rid of Jeevan Padiyar, a homosexual. So, they ran around and told people that he was going to steal pathogens from his research lab to infect the American people, you know, like a terrorist.

I discussed this with the Hudson County prosecutor's office, same lies they told about me, standard operating procedure. That makes no sense. Jeevan Padiyar is not mad at the American public, I told the Hudson County prosecutor's office. He is mad at a racist medical school that lied to destroy his career.

The Hudson County prosecutor's office could have made a few phone calls to Yeshiva University to stop this, like I asked. Please give Lidya Radin her records, her complete, unedited records, so she can see all the lies you'all told about her.

Marlen Abramova and Jeevan Padiyar could have won their cases, but for the fact that they discredited themselves by lying about me, goaded by racist Jews.

( 5 ) Homeland Security.

-Asaf Rosenheim lied and helped his friends lie.

-Asaf Rosenheim lied to steal money from the Pagnozzis, but for me. Ralph Pagnozzi did not protect me; ultimately, he lied to screw his own tenants.

-Asaf Rosenheim's father has more to worry about than his son being a homosexual.

-Judge Fast made excuses to keep evidence off the record [ the 2004 audio-tape ] to protect Asaf Rosenheim, and hurt me.

-Mr. Sindoni had a responsibility to discuss the facts with me. If I was accused of forging leases [ to buy into Dan Riesel's false accusations that I forged documents ], then, Mr. Sindoni had an obligation to SHOW ME the evidence against me, NOT GO ALONG WITH THE PROSECUTION/PERSECUTION THAT GOES ON BEHIND MY BACK [ because if he did SHOW ME, it would make my argument for me, here's what goes on behind my back, even Lt. Col. Reilly was hip to this, Lt. Col. Reilly commented on this....he knew....showing me the evidence against me, makes my arugment for me ].

-On the 2004 audio-tape...the judge asks Mrs. Pagnozzi....did you accept Ms. Radin as your tenant? She said yes, so the allegation of me forging leases is MOOT, except for the fact, that it demonstrated the prosecution/persecution that goes on behind my back.

-Judge Fast made excuses for Kenneth Kim, a law clerk who worked in his building....Oh, he's just a young man who got caught up in it....no, Kenneth Kim and his girlfriend are adults who knew exactly what they were doing.

THE SMOKING GUN = INSURANCE DOCUMENT

The hospitalization in 1996 = a set-up, done in advance [ ...start talking about the threats from the police... ].

The smoking gun = an insurance document that Einstein hid from me for years that demonstrates Cornell contacted Einstein to get pre-approval for the hospitalization in 1996.

Brig. Gen. Patrick Finnegan knows that I am telling the truth. The insurance document is newly-discovered evidence that gives me the ability to amend my complaint. Einstein does not want an amended complaint submitted, because they know I can demonstrate DISPARATIVE IMPACT of religious discrimination for the past 40 years, and that Diane Persky, laid the foundation for me. She is a Conservative-Jewish woman whose career was ended at Yeshiva University, based on religious discrimination.



I was not "missing" from classes and a job, when Michael J. Reichgott, MD, lied to falsify a security report to illegally break into my home on the Einstein campus. They knew where I was, as demonstrated by newly-discovered evidence, the insurance document, they fed Brian Hamilton and Julie Schulman the lies they told to drop-kick me into a hospital, and try to falsely label me. Subsequently, Julie tried to weasel out, by saying....I'm a doctor, I can lie, people will believe me...



Brian and Julie knew I wanted no-contact with Einstein. That's why I went to Cornell.



I was not treated in the ambulance. That is another lie.



The attacks on me started the very first day, at Einstein. I was used as a token in the admissions process, to satisfy tacit quotas, to keep the public money coming in, and then, railroaded out.



I missed a social event, and the first day of classes, administrators I did not even know came up to me, and used language indicating that they were managing towards a false diagnosis of schizophrenia: "she's isolating from her peers".



I am the THIRD student, this school has tried to falsely label as psychotic and schizophrenic, and the FOURTH student that they have tried to slap a false psychiatric diagnosis on.

Einstein holds itself out to the general public as having expertise in psychiatry, and so, can be held to a higher standard of care, as a litigation point, Brig. Gen. Patrick Finnegan knows that I am telling the truth.

Brig. Gen. Patrick Finnegan knows that for perjury, my cases should have been decided in my favor, with prejudice, because perjury is not just a crime against me, it is a crime against the institutions of our society.

Why did Brig. Gen. Patrick Finnegan try to suppress evidence from his commander-in-chief, during a time of war, that a school that lies, gets money from the CIA?

Shouldn't the military be asking these questions? Shouldn't Mikey Weinstein start asking these questions?

Was Jimmy David used as an expert witness in a murder trial? Is there an innocent person in jail? Did anyone tell him?

How many sane people are in Dr. Jelnov's locked psychiatric wards?

Does anyone believe any thing that Yeshiva University says ?

36 federal judges helped Yeshiva University lie, Why? Judge Sonia Sotomayer is one. She is one of the 36 judges involved in my appeal to the Second Circuit.

Does Judge Sotomayer honestly and sincerely believe that I should pay for classes that Yeshiva University never provided?

How can 36 federal judges face the prisoners in federal prison: the judge who heard your appeal helped Yeshiva University steal from me.
