I HAVE THE RIGHT TO SELF-DEFENSE.

( 1 ) FACT, Touro College turned themselves in to the Mahattan DA.

( 2 ) FACT, I was threatened by Ralph Pagnozzi, and Nino Falcone, Falcone threatened me in writing. Nino Falcone is a municipal court judge in North Bergen.

I was threatened with kidnapping by the North Bergen police, threatened by Mel Goldberg at the New York State Attorney General's office, threatened by officials at my medical school [ who lied to steal money from me ], including Todd Olson, and Dominick Purpura, who threatened me in front of a witness who kept notes----" what makes you think this has any thing to do with the truth, Lidya", and I told other witnesses, who were waiting for me outside Dr. Purpura's office immediately after Dr. Purpura threatened me. Dr. Cacace can confirm, this is how they behave, he was threatened at this institution too, and those threats were acted on; and there is MORE.

( 3 ) My car crash happened on June 24, 2008. I was hit while legally parked.
I asked NJ Legal Services for 2 weeks off from the trial to get medical care, and was told no. I was forced to go through a trial and deliberately denied medical care until late July 2008.

( 4 ) FACT, doctors, notably Dr. Jelnov, deliberately omitted a mental status exam done on 7/29/2008, pursuant to my car crash, that said THERE WERE NO MOOD OR THOUGHT DISORDERS, from my medical records at Jersey City Medical Center, so he could make good on his threats----he tried to diagnose me as delusional for the past year to get criminals off the hook.

( 5 ) FACT, Jersey City Medical Center tried to diagnose me as delusional by saying Ralph Pagnozzi did not slash my door with a knife.

Ralph Pagnozzi admitted that he DID slash my door with a knife, in violation of a "no-contact" order, he admitted this both before and after my false imprisonment; then, to get him off-the-hook, his criminal defense attorney came up with a bogus, fabricated excuse.

I posted signs on my door, altering the police to a "verbal" no-contact order, because from July 10, 2008 to September 12, 2008, Judge Nesle Rodriguez REFUSED to give me anything in writing, and the Jersey police taunted me.....ha, ha, ha, ha, its not in writing, so it doesn't exist....ha, ha, ha, ha.......they refused to make a single phone call to the municipal court to confirm for themselves, even after my landlords violated the "no-contact" order repeatedly, in August 2008, in front of witnesses. Ultimately, I had to get an audio to play to the police.

Ralph Pagnozzi pulled my signs down, repeatedly, because he did not want anyone to know there was a "no-contact" order against him. Ultimately, I was compelled to tape them to my door.

Ralph Pagnozzi did not like me posting a sign on my door, altering police officers to the "no-contact" order, in summer 2008, because Ralph Pagnozzi has LIED to the police before, and brought them to my door to intimidate me, in violation of a "no-contact" order. He violated a "no-contact" order issued by the criminal court in Jersey City, within a 24-hour period in January 2008. Nino Falcone violated this "no-contact" order within a 10-day period. The Hudson County Prosecutor's office refused to protect me.

The court records at the municipal court in Jersey City are falsified. The state attorney general knows these municipal court records have been tampered with before.

Mrs. Pagnozzi filed criminal charges against me on June 2, 2008 for harassment, because she claimed she did not like me telling people that she is a criminal. She is a criminal. She came into landlord-tenant court, and presented evidence that she and her hushand under-report their rental income to cheat on their income taxes. I have the paper-work for June 2, 2009. So, does Lawrence Sindoni.

I filed a count-charge on June 10, 2008. None of this is accurately reported in the municipal court record.

The municipal court record states some bogus, fabricated charge about me harassing my landlords by asking for heat on 10/29/2007. I did not harass my landlords by asking for heat in October 2007, after they refused to provide heat for 3 days, and did so in retaliation, because I won a judgment against them on 10/12/2007 for over $1,000.00.


( 6 ) Thanks to the LIES my landlords and their attorneys told [ which I can directly relate to my medical school, and the Russian-Jewish community, notably Marlen Abramova, her mother, and her mother's psychiatrist, as Det. Lee, NYPD, and chief of staff at Nettie Mayersohn's office, New York State Assembly-woman, already know ], I was physically attacked at Jersey City Medical Center, and so was a man who came with me, to protect me.

( 7 ) I was physically attacked, while trying to recover from neck and back injuries. I am lucky to be alive.

( 8 ) I have amply demonstrated that civilian authority and parts of the military, like Brig. Gen. Patrick Finnegan, repeatedly refused to protect me from criminals and sociopaths. As a civilian in a time of war, I can ask the military to protect me as an adjunct police force, when civilian authority refuses to do so. If the military cooperates in crimes against me, I can appeal to the international community.

( 9 ) The next time someone tries to attack me, including dirty cops,
I will protect myself, as is my right by law, up to and including deadly force, if I have to.
