DO NOT TRUST THE FBI--THAT'S WHY I WENT TO THE MILITARY.

-As a civilian, in a time of war, I can appeal to the military, as an adjunct police force, when I demonstrate that civilian authority is so corrupt that it refuses to protect me, and my property, as I have done. Civilian authority is so corrupt it does not protect 97% of Americans.

-In 2007, Mike Leavitt, US Secretary, Department of Health & Human Services, told me, if I had to, I should come back to him. When I tried, his FBI security detail, Mr. Ray, blocked me. I talked to Mr. Leavitt, face-to-face, in front of lots of witnesses [ FBI = federal bureau of investigation ].

-In 2008, I told Lawrence Sindoni, my attorney from NJ Legal Services, we have to go to the FBI. He refused to help me.

-Leaving Fort Knox, Lt. Col. Kevin C. Reilly confirmed, the FBI in Newark will do nothing. I went to them on 9/26/2008.

-Now, the FBI, a year later, is going to save me, and my fellow citizens, I hope so, but, I am reporting to the ARMY, and others.

-From the Inspector General's Office, at the Department of Health & Human Services, inspector # 19, when I tried to correct my intentionally falsified records, he has a distinctive, recognizable accent: " we are a brick wall why don't you go away ". They conspire to help Yeshiva University steal.

-Inspector General's Office, at the Department of Education = a joke.

-And, I suspect that Ms. Spellings, US Secretary of Education, was deliberately kept in the dark, about power she had by statute.

-Manhattan DA's office, Special Prosecutor's office, I went there last summer, and they gave me some college kid, summer intern, to pretend that they did something, when they did not.

-Does anyone really believe that they are going to do something, now?

-If they had taken appropriate action last summer, I would not have been physically assaulted at Jersey City Medical Center. My deliberately falsified records at Yeshiva University are a foundation for the creation of even more falsified records at other institutions. I have NEVER been provided with my complete, unedited records; Yeshiva University LIED.

-When I asked to see my records, from Columbia University, in constrast, they were provided to me, immediately, Columbia didn't even bother asking me for a written request.

-Robert M. Morgenthau, Manhattan DA, is the chairman of the Holocaust Museum.

-Cross-reference the wealthy people who donate to Yeshiva University, and those that give to the Holocaust Museum, and see what you get: will Mr. Morgenthau prosecute his rich friends?

-Those that donate to Yeshiva University get a 3 to 1 write-off, the last time I checked, Yeshiav University, an overtly Orthdox-Jewish school, is one big INCOME TAX-SHELTER, you know, like the write-off that those who donate to Bob Jones University, a Christian school, DO NOT GET. I had this conversation with Senator Grassley's office last week.


-Recall, Michael J. Reichgott, MD, my "former" dean for students, already admitted to Yeshiva's Board of Trustees that he intentionally falsified a security report to illegally break into my home on the Einstein campus. The response of the Board of Trustees, oh....its only one example.....Nope, I can provide example after example, after example....nothing but a pack of liars.

-Last week, Yeshiva University complained to that they didn't like me making phone calls.

-Yeah, if I was lying to steal MONEY from a student, I won't like her calling me to complain about it, either [ and, lying to steal grants from the state and federal governments ]. I'd want to silence my victims, too.

-I was arrested and am being prosecuted, for a bogus charge, for making a few phone calls to advocate for myself: give me my records, Rabbi Lamm, and let's see the LIES your doctors and lawyers told about me, the LIES you pay for. This is called MALICOUS PROSECUTION, and, ABUSE OF PROCESS. I asked Det. Lee, NYPD. His opinion...they are risking their careers.

[ Brig. Gen. Finnegan, in light of the fact that I was referred to as less than human, as a goy, and, as my then attorney will confirm, told that it was OK to experiment on me, as if I were a lab rat, can I also argue that this is a HATE CRIME? ].

-Let's see Yeshiva University prosecuted for maintaining false business records, in my case, let's see Mr. Morgenthau uphold the law for me.
