Al Sharpton interferes with the business of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, he causes, in effect, an ongoing BOYCOTT, like boycotting buses, by calling for lawyers to ask for a change of venue, because we don’t do business with 36 federal judges who helped a bunch of Orthodox-Jewish bigots steal money from a Christian woman with minority-student status.

-I am an American woman on American soil in a time of war, and I have to ask presidents of other countries for help, because my president refuses to LEAD.

I am her witness. I am her shield. I leaked so-called sensitive information that CIA was present at my medical school, nothing more, and they came after me with force, full-force, G-force, K-force, the force hit me like a wave. Today, I called Mr. Roy (telephone: 202-494-4104 ), FBI, a member of Mike Leavitt's security detail, when Mr. Leavitt travels.

Last year, at Columbia University, Mr. Leavitt (face-to-face meeting, many witnesses) said that he would make sure that I would be able to correct intentionally falsified reports from my Zionist medical school, and that if I had any problems I should come directly to him. Subsequent to this encounter, my good-faith efforts were thwarted by Dick Horton (telephone: 301-443-1541 ). I did as Mr. Leavitt instructed, I tried to get in touch with him, again. Mr. Roy told me that he related my messages to his boss, Mr. Leavitt.

My case is a criminal conspiracy that involves direct contact with, at least, two cabinet members. What is the CIA doing at my medical school? By law, the CIA is not supposed to operate domestically. It is supposed to be an international intelligence gathering agency. The language that was used towards me was MILITARY----we have the right to create adverse conditions to test your responses---as if I were a human experiment---the military uses this kind of language in military school; this is not the kind of language that is used towards a civilian in a civilian school. -Unless publically cross-checked with me, I don't know what information is being seen or not seen. I know that after May 2005 I discovered new evidence. Everything prior to June 2005, in my court case, should be disregarded, based on new evidence. My complaint in federal court has to be re-done. In landlord-tenant court, my lawyers tried to falsify audio-taped records of trial testimony. My court documents contain outright lies, easily demonstrated, in all courts, federal, state, and city; false information about material facts.

-I tried talking to Lee Bollinger, President of Columbia University, several times. I made a written request to his office, which I was told was " lost ". President Bollinger gave me a run-a-around. Significantly, asking me to engage in non-productive work, over and over and over again, is a technique designed to cause mental anguish, it is a technique that Nazis used on concentration camp victims in order to drive them insane, so that death became preferable to life.

-On the Columbia University campus, Lee Bollinger acts like a " small and petty dictator " . He could make a hearing procedure for his medical students, in a heartbeat. He chooses not to. His conduct towards his medical school students is un-American. Like a lion he should defend academic freedom and his Middle Eastern professors. Anyone disagrees with them, let them debate in all the ways professors debate each other. They should not be silenced. Michael Mukasey, ( President Bush's cabinet member, chief law enforcement officer, and an Orthodox Jew ), and Dan Riesel teach on the Columbia campus---what do they teach, Perjury 101?

-There was never any intention for me to graduate from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Yeshiva University. The attacks against me started, literally, on my first day, long before I had said or done anything to warrant such abuse. This is an open letter to Iranian President Ahmadinejah asking for help against Jewish criminals, asking for help in fighting for a fair presidential election in November 2008, and asking for help in fighting for a strong, independent judiciary.

Ahmadinejah, as a man who says he can STAND UP to the WEST, are you strong enough to STAND UP to President Bush and Rabbi Lamm, to call them out in front of the world, on September 16, 2008?

George Bush will not stand up openly for me, for millions of Americans like me, for Muslims, for Mormons, for Christians, for Buddhists, for his constituency in the religious right. He will not STAND UP for Senator McCain, to fight openly for a fair election in November. He does not even have enough respect for himself to STAND UP for his own legacy----he kowtows to Rabbi Lamm. After I talked with Mike Leavitt, he gave me to John Mallos, his second. Immediately thereafter, Mallos left for South America.

I was told to contact Dick Horton, telephone: 301-443-1541. I did. He did nothing: " nothing we can do " and " what are you going to do to the judges".

I even provided specific federal statutes, and state law that empowers Margaret Spellings ( US Code, and CFR, Code of Federal Regulations ) and Mike Leavitt to remove Einstein's funding [ (1) statutes written so broadly that they can revoke any source of funding, I checked with an attorney who has a military background, including that from the CIA, (2) they can revoke Einstein's tax-exemption by applying the same Supreme Court ruling that was applied to Bob Jones University, (3) they can remove Einstein's state charter, Einstein's license to do business, because we do not give a license to do business to an organization, a criminal organization, that lies to steal money from its students, (4) they can revoke Einstein's ability to confer degrees, by state law, Education law, I quoted the statutes and I submitted them in detail in federal court, again, because we do not give a school a license to do business when it lies to steal money from its students, (5) by federal law, fraud is not tolerated at all in a federal student loan program, once fraud occurs, a school loses its ability to administer these programs forever, there is no way to regain eligibility, Congressman Miller's investigative staff knows, we discussed this point on May 10, 2007 ( Jonathan Lenzner, assistant district attorney in Manhattan, telephone: 212-335-9924, had no difficulty prosecuting Touro College, Dr. Lander's school, for maintaining false business records, Mike Tyberg and I have false business records. In sum, there are, at least, seven good weapons, out there, that can be used. I provided detailed lists. Everyone I went to knows.

With regard to Einstein, there are 3 copies of documents that I submitted: (1) one to the judge, as a courtesy copy, (2) one for me, and (3) copy to Riesel.

America cannot be a member of the world community and perpetrate the kind of human rights violations that I am describing; discrimination that effects, literally, every American.

The racism that I am describing is not unique to my experience. It does not effect me as an individual, alone. This hatred is directed at America's institutions, at their foundations, at the core principals on which they stand. Zionist racism in America is executed on an institutional scale, and has been going on for the past 30 to 40 years, at least.

The United States Supreme Court, in the late nineteen sixties, early nineteen seventies, manufactured, fabricated a ruling that said Bob Jones University, an Evangelical Christian university, practiced discrimination therefore, it was not "charitable" ( charitable organizations don't discriminate) and therefore, it should lose its tax-exemption. Tax-exemption doesn't just mean that a school doesn't pay taxes, it also means that its donors get a tax benefit too, in that they can deduct their contributions from the taxes they pay.

No one could find a real victim of Bob Jones University. The argument against this Evangelical Christian school was all conjecture.

In contrast, I am a real victim of Yeshiva University and Zionist racism. Not only am I victimized by my school, but, my government participates in the crimes against me, a Christian, up to and including THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, GEORGE W. BUSH.

All Americans are victimized by pervasive Zionist racism. All Americans pay taxes, public funds that go to support this overtly religious school. At Yeshiva religious rules must be obeyed, or a student can be expelled. In contrast, when Bob Jones University required its students to obey religious rules, it was branded racist, and stripped of its tax-exemption ( the details of the religious rules are irrelevant ). Further, Bob Jones University never lied to steal money from a student in a federal student loan program. Whatever Bob Jones did wrong pales in comparison to the crimes, and human rights violations Yeshiva has perpetrated against me.

In America, we do not have separation of church and state. This is a myth. We have a principal of neutrality towards religion, neither promoting one religion, over other religions, nor suppressing a religious group or groups. It violates our principals to allow one religion to flower, while choking-off others. In short, if one religion gets, all get. If one religion does not get, all do not get.

We violate this principal. We allow public funds, our taxes, to support Zionist institutions, to let Zionism flower, while suppressing other religions by not permitting them to enjoy the same resources in the same unfettered manner as Zionists.

There is no question that I have demonstrated America is overtly racist, and can not in good-faith participate in the world community, nor keep the promises it made in international treaties.
