-Rev. Al Sharpton demonstrates he is stronger than Rabbi Lamm.
- Rev. Al Sharpton interferes with the business of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, he causes, in effect, an ongoing BOYCOTT, like boycotting buses, by calling for lawyers to ask for a change of venue, because we don’t do business with 36 federal judges who helped a bunch of Orthodox-Jewish bigots steal money from a Christian woman with minority-student status.
-I am an American woman on American soil in a time of war, and I have to ask presidents of other countries for help, because my president refuses to LEAD.
-If a black man tried to steal $40,000 from a woman, he’d be in jail by now. When an Orthodox-Jews tried to steal $40,000 from a woman 36 federal judges helped them, what more needs to be said? Vote with your feet, walk, walk, walk away from the Second Circuit, demand a change of venue.
-Speaking the truth is not anti-Semitic. It may be an ugly truth, but, it is the truth: Jews lied to steal and 36 federal judges helped them; why would any litigant believe that they would get a fair shake?
-Cite to the Radin case. Radin already demonstrated the bias necessary to ask for a change of venue.
-The more change of venues Rev. Sharpton can cause the more powerful he will appear.
-Rev. Sharpton has demonstrated that he can shut down bridges and tunnels (this costs a lot of manpower, time, energy), but, can he demonstrate that he can shut down the courts? The effort involved is just telling lawyers that they have an opportunity to switch to a more hospitable court for an appeal, if they lose in the lower district court. Looks like an opportunity to me. Maybe Rev. Sharpton can put together a group of like-minded leaders to help him ( I have a few ideas ).
