---This in one example. I gave this hand-bill to police officers all over Manhattan, one told me he knew ADA Spiro. Good.....then next time ADA Spiro complains about his work-load, he has 150 cases, you tell him....he would not be so busy, if he stopped persecuting innocent victims like me = prosecutorial misconduct and abuse of process.

---I gave the evidence [ including a speeding ticket from a state trooper that placed me 400 miles away ] to a number of different people, they all know with absolute certainty that ADA Spiro's complaining witness, John Scarfone, already discredited himself, and has a history of lying about me including lying about me in federal court when I was named as a witness against him.
