---Every single complaining witnesses against me is responsible for accurately reporting the number of classes that Yeshiva University ultimately provided to me and they LIED to commit federal student loan FRAUD, and they LIED to steal money from the state-taxpayers TAP grant program [ tuition assistance program ] and the federal-taxpayers PELL grant program, including Janice Bennett, a clinical psychologist who counsels students on the Columbia campus. She does not want anyone to know that she lies to help Yeshiva steal money from a student while Columbia University pays her salary.

---Yep, the doctor who is LYING to steal money from me and the taxpayers James [ a.k.a. Jimmy ] David, MD, is the dishonest psychiatrist who presumes to diagnosis me to COVER-UP for FRAUD and attempted murder.

----Counts 1 to 12 in the Prosecutor's Information [ the Information ] contain NO FACTS upon which to charge a crime. The parts of this form that are supposed to state who, what, where, when, why and how a crime was committed are BLANK.

---Counts 13 to 17 contain a quote from the penal law, state a conclusion, cite to a time period [ July 1, 2008 to June 14, 2009 ]. Again NO FACTS are stated to support the allegation of a crime: who, what, where, when, why and how a crime was committed is NOT stated.

---All the complaining witnesses against me have a retaliatory motive. I caught them in crimes up to and including the fact that they set into motion a series of events that resulted in a physical assault on me that could have left me dead or paralyzed.

---One of the secretaries says she can't do her job because I made phone calls to her office. Her JOB is to accurately report the number of classes Yeshiva provided to me pursuant to federal student loan FRAUD. Her job is to maintain accurate reports and provide them to me upon request, not hide my letters of recommendation so a bunch of dishonest Zionists can run around and LIE about my past. And, it is NOT anti-Semitic to tell the truth. It is an ugly truth, granted but, the truth, nevertheless.
