HERE'S WHAT THE DISHONEST PSYCHIATRISTS DO NOT WANT YOU TO KNOW:

Here what dishonest psychiatrists, especially those associated with the Albert Einstein Freak Show of Medicine, do not what you to know:

( 1 ) If you are a PRIVATE person, and they diagnosis you WITHOUT your explicit knowledge and consent, WITHOUT you presenting yourself as a patient for diagnosis and treatment, they have committed MEDICAL MALPRACTICE, because they don't know everything.

( 2 ) If you are a semi-public person or a PUBLIC person, and they try to diagnosis you, or offer opinions about you, based on your PUBLIC STATEMENTS, then they still have committed MEDICAL MALPRACTICE, because, again, they don't know everything.

Here's an example. In my landlord-tenant case, in Jersey City, the my landlords were making up a big story about how I damaged their property, and in order to get me for criminal charges they had to establish motive.....why would Lidya damage her landlords' property......so they got this sick freak of a psychiatrist to make up a reason......Lidya was so angry about a $50 per month rent increase three years ago that she took an entire wall down in her apartment........ah, right.....what a bunch of liars......here's the problem......previously, I lived in another apartment where the landlord raised the rent $50 per month for each of the three years that I lived there, and I did not care.....in fact, the landlord and his new tenant complimented me on how nice I had left the apartment when I moved out......but, the sick-freak of a psychiatrist who fabricated a motive for the municipal court prosecutor in Jersey City did not know the FACTS, and so, committed MEDICAL MALPRACTICE.

The take-home lesson: any psychiatrist tries offering a diagnosis about you, as a private or public person, without your explicit knowledge and consent, without you going to that doctor and giving that doctor permission to diagnosis you, a psychiatrist or psychologist that runs around behind your back defaming you, like these psychopaths are doing to me, that doctor has committed HUGE MEDICAL MALPRACTICE, because they don't know the FACTS-----and you don't have to tell them anything-----and that stops their wagging tongues.

In my case, Janice Bennett too, has committed malpractice and she knows it.

In my case, what they did is TEN times worse, because the Albert Einstein Freak Show of Medicine holds itself out to the general public as having expertise in the practice of psychiatry, so if this happened anywhere it would be bad, it is TEN times worse at Einstein because they are supposed to know better [ a litigation point that INCREASES my damages ].

Note: So, when the freak show that calls itself the psychiatric profession make things up about other PUBLIC PEOPLE like the president of the United States or celebrities, they don't know everything, obviously, and because they have the temerity to offer opinions based on not knowing all the FACTS they are engaged in MEDICAL MALPRACTICE.

Note: Mrs. Clinton commented on this too, she said once that some psychiatrist had the temerity to say that the color of a blouse she wore one day had some big, deep, psycho-analytical meaning, and she was like.....no, it just happened to be the only clean blouse I had that day, on the road.

Note: I talked to Michael Hardy, once, about how psychiatrists used to say that a slave's desire to be free was an illness that they could cure.

The Big Picture: It is really all about their power and control issues. They are constantly looking for a gate-keeper that they can control to get their way....along the lines of the doctor said so.....no, the doctor is a liar.......the judge said so.....no, you bribed the judge.......the rabbi said, so......no, the rabbi took the bribe-money, too. They can't tolerate the fact, as in my case, it is because the student has power and control, by law, not them. The student loan law(s) are written to believe the student NOT the school, when there is doubt in the making of a loan, the law-makers did this deliberately, because they knew big, bad schools, like Yeshiva University would LIE to steal money, and the New York laws that govern the practice of medicine, likewise, give the power and control to the individual, not the the doctors, who the law-makers know LIE.

Note: In my case, Stacey Dix-Kielbiowski has committed HUGE malpractice. The screening document she created on 9/12/2008 contains the LIES my medical school circulated about me and she didn't even bother checking the FACTS with me [ insert list ].
