----Jersey City Medical Center is deliberately concealing the screening document from Tuesday, 9/30/2008 that sent their employees to my home at 4 PM to scare my family with false information......there will be a padlock on your door tomorrow.......because Judge Nino Falcone called them and lied to them, there was NO eviction scheduled for 10/1/2008. Falcone called the hospital and LIED.
----It was several hours later when I went down to Jersey City Medical Center to find out why they were sending their employees to my home to scare my family when Jersey City Medical Center employees assaulted me, held me as a prisoner, almost killed me.
----Judge Nino Falcone threatened me in writing on December 2007 [ already entered as evidence at trial ] and he followed through on his threats.
---Vice-President Jim Martin has been jerking me around for months: " what can we do, Lidya, when we get a phone call from a Judge ?" You could check the FACTS with me. Deliberately, they did not.
----THE BIG PICTURE: North Bergen municipal court judge Nino Falcone was PAID by my landlords to come into Jersey City and LIE to a hospital.

----Dr. Jelnov threatened me and acted on his threats: he deliberately omitted information that my doctors from New York faxed to him, to create a false record.
---Judge Rodriguez ( 1 ) refused to put her verbal "no-contact" order in writing twice in July 2008, ( 2 ) along with municipal court employees, refused to enforce that order, at least, 5 to 6 times when I went down to municipal court to report these violations by my landlords in early August 2008, and SUBSEQUENTLY, ( 3 ) let my landlords submit a blank CD of video-taped evidence which is obstruction of justice, a crime and a very serious civil rights violation.
----Stacy Dix-Kielbiowski already admitted to talking to my medical school, and her 9/12/2008 screening document contains 2 LIES that my medical school has been circulating about me for years.
-----Those LIES are: ( 1 ) I did not refuse an administrative psychiatric evaluation AFTER I inhaled a patent's blood, I refused to sign a contact releasing my medical school from liability in my case, that's why I was illegally expelled, and ( 2 ) my lawsuits are NOT frivolous, as I just demonstrated with Yeshiva University's admission of guilt: 36 federal judges LIED, a " former " student can access and correct her records.
---Lawrence Sindoni talked to my medical school and when I confronted hm about it, he lied to me.
