Hudson County prosecutor Debra Simon, requested my records from Jersey City Medical Center.
---I released them to her.
----She told me that she requested them by subpoena.
-----Jersey City Medical Center is deliberately with-holding a document [ the 9/30/2008 screening document that sent their employees to my home about 4 PM ] requested by a prosecutor. That is very serious.
