CHAIRMAN OF THE JOINT CHIEFS KNOWS.

THE CHAIRMAN OF THE JOINT CHIEFS KNOWS THAT IN A TIME OF WAR AMERICANS ARE NOT SAFE ON AMERICAN SOIL FROM CORRUPT JUDGES.

-On Monday, September 22, 2008, I met with a classmate of mine from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University, Lt. Col. Kevin C. Reilly at Fort Knox.

-Lt. Col. Reilly authenticated our medical school's bulletin ( which I already submitted as documentary evidence in federal court ), a bulletin which demonstrates irrefutably that John Scarfone, attorney for the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University, lied when he stated that I failed three of five first-year classes. Lt. Col. Reilly confirmed that we took 14 first-year classes and reminded me that every student in our school at the time we were enrolled is my witness to this fact. That's about 800 students. And, several hundred faculty members, plus staff. In sum, there are several thousand people who know with absolute certainty that John Scarfone lied about material facts ( I expanded the witness pool ).

-In a time of war, it is appropriate for civilians to ask for effective intervention from the military, when civilian authority refuses to protect innocent civilians.

-So, I asked.

-The last time I talked with officials in the Armed Forces, they told me that it would take months to work officially through the chain of command to inform American military leaders.

-So, in one bold, unofficial move, I told the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, effectively eliminating months of effort.

-On Tuesday, September 23, 2008, I exchanged handwritten notes with Jeff Cox, Security Liaison Officer from the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. I accomplished my goal.

-On Wednesday, September 24, 2008, I was cleared of yet another false charge of being a terrorist.

-Previous to this, the New York City Police Department (NYPD) cleared me of this and other false charges. To confirm, please contact Detectives Lee, Hoxha, or Magaldi, at the 112, telephone: 718-520-9252, complaint number: 5862. Upon request, I can also cross-reference with files at One Police Plaza, in New York City. Marlen Abramova, an Orthodox-Jewish, Russian woman, and Jeevan Padiyar, another student from my medical school, made false police reports about me. The NYPD cleared me of all charges and admitted that Marlen Abramova and Jeevan Padiyar and their supporters attempted to use the police in a retaliatory manner, to satisfy a personal vendetta.

-After the NYPD cleared me, the Secret Service cleared me of false allegations ( she is not dangerous ). They gave me a note in their handwriting to prove that I did not forge contact information or fantasize this interview.

-Dan Riesel, of Sive, Paget & Riesel, a former chief prosecutor for the federal government in the Southern district of New York, always accuses me of forging documents, and will not give me my complete, unedited records in the form of certified photocopies from my medical school, so that he can continue to defame me with this false allegation.

-I am aware that there are other allegations against me; these are unwarranted and easy to prove wrong.

-The military cannot ignore the suffering caused by 36 corrupt judges, the suffering of Americans on American soil in a time of war, without undermining their effort abroad.
