LANDLORDS LIED, THEIR LAWYERS LIED, COURT PERSONNEL LIED, HOSPITAL LIED.
-My landlord, Ralph Pagnozzi, cashed all my rent checks to date,
on September 9, 2008, and September 24, and September 25, 2008.
-When a landlord cashs a tenant's rent payments before entry of judgment, or after entry of judgment, while a tenant is still in possession of the apartment, that constitutes a waiver. I can quote Judge Fast's book. In fact, on September 25, 2008, I did quote Judge Fast to Judge Fast, and he agreed.
-By cashing all my rent payments to date, my landlord admitted that he did not want a rent increase, admitted that he did not want the proposed lease, and admitted that all breaches of the lease, if any, did not matter to him; he waived all his claims.
-In short, there was NO EVICTION.
-Workers from Jersey City Medical Center who came to my apartment claiming they were so concerned about me, so worried, so caring, so emphatic, that they wanted to help me through this difficult time that I was being evicted, DID NOT BOTHER CHECKING THE LAW OR THE FACTS-----THERE WAS NO EVICTION.
-When workers from Jersey City Medical Center came to my house to frighten me, and my family on 9/25/2008, and, again, on 9/30/2008, with false claims that my apartment was going to be padlocked, and I was going to be evicted, THEY LIED. THEY DID NOT bother checking the law or the facts.
-On Friday, 9/26/2008, and on Monday, 9/29/2008, and on Tuesday, 9/30/2008, I left phone messages for Stacey Dix-Kielbiowski, letting her know that I had heard the most outrageous, untrue stories from a supervisor at Jersey City Medical Center, and could she be so kind as to call me.
-Ms. Dix-Kielbiowski didn't bother returning a single phone call, instead, she sent police officers to my apartment, and workers from Jersey City Medical Center, to lie to my family, to scare my family.
-Apparently, Ms. Dix-Kielbiowski told doctors at Jersey City Medical Center that I had sent emails, letters, and phone calls to Judge Rodiguez, in municipal court.
-I never sent Judge Rodiguez an email. Did anyone ask to see the emails I purportedly sent to Judge Rodiguez ?? NO.
-I never made phone calls to Judge Rodiguez.
-I gave Judge Rodiguez one letter-motion on 9/12/2008, asking for a new judge to be assigned to my criminal case, at the direction of the Public Defender's office.
-I have not communicated with Judge Rodiguez since 9/12/2008.
-What Judge Rodiguez does not like is that I told members of my community about how hard she worked to keep her verbal "no-contact" order off the written record, so when my landlords violated her order 5 times in August 2008, the police could claim that here was nothing they could do (not true), and so, Judge Fast, in a higher court, in Landlord-tenant court, could issue an opinion on September 8, 2008, that my landlords acted in good-faith, when, in fact, they did not.
-Ultimately, Ralph Pagnozzi slashed my front door with a knife, as the police acknowledged. Hard to argue that Ralph Pagnozzi acted in good-faith when he tried to terrorized me and my family with a knife.
-Hey, Jersey City Medical Center, are you going to do mental health evaluations of landlords, judges, and attorneys who lie, or are you too busy picking on innocent victims, like me and my family?
