JUDGE FALCONE LIED TO PROSECUTOR DEBRA SIMON, ON ANOTHER FACT --- PERSONAL USE EXCUSE.

--The "personal use" excuse is BOGUS. This is part of the reason why my landlords lost frivolous eviction # 1 and # 2; the prosecutors can cross-check with Robert Brescia, the attorney who represented me in front of Judge Fast. I can publish this information, which I gave to Tracy McQuaide at the Hudson County prosecutor's office, too, on or about, starting Janaury 2008, and that I gave to Judge Carpenter and Judge Gallipoli, on or about mid-March 2008. Judges Carpenter and Gallipoli refused to protect me; the Hudson County prosecutor's office refused to protect me.


--I think that the explanation for this is also noted on standard leases.

--In a 4-unit building, like mine, the landlord can only kick-out a tenant if he decided to move in, to use the apartment for his personal use.

--At the time, February 2007 to June 2007, Ralph Pagnozzi did not want to move into my building, he claimed that he wanted my apartment for a relative. When this excuse fell apart, that is when Pagnozzi hired Falcone, who created a bogus argument to increase the rent, which fell apart.

---Frivolous eviction # 3, my landlords and Falcone lost against me and Sindoni, not in front of Judge Fast, in front of a different judge, which lead to frivolous eviction # 4, the trial, on or about March 2008 to September 2008, during which I was establishing my creditabilty and Yeshiva University couldn't stand it.

Frivolous eviction # 1- landlord lost.

Frivolous eviction # 2-landlord lost. October 1, 2007, Judge Fast dismissed on a technicality, he did not deal with the real issues.

Frivolous eviction # 3-landlord lost.

Frivolous evicton # 4-March 2008 to September 2008-Yeshiva University could not stand the FACT that I was establishing my creditabilty and the FACT that I caught the landlords in income tax fraud.

August 2008-Daw and Lankler came forward [ there was and is no mental defect or illness, her medical school has been lying about her for years ], which created the driving force for the false imprisonment in September 2008 at Jersey City Medical Center.

The false imprisonment in February 2009 was because Jersey City municipal court chief Judge Nesle A. Rodriguez did not like me handing out flyers to the towns-people [ posted on this blogsite, for ease of reference ] which told the truth, she used Jersey City Medical Center like a club to beat up on me, literally. Because of the LIES these psychopaths circulated about me, I was physically assaulted while trying to recover from spinal injuries and almost killed at Jersey City Medical Center. I am lucky to be alive today.

Judge Rodriguez is also guilty of obstruction of justice [ allowing the landlords to submit a blank CD of video-taped evidence which demonstrated that they violated her "no-contact" order in August 2008, and with which I would have WON against my landlords at criminal trial ] and Judge Rodriguez is guilty of witness-tampering by directly causing me and Robert Cross to be physically attacked at Jersey City Medical Center on 9/30/2008.
