LAWRENCE SINDONI IS IN ON IT/ BRIG. GEN. PATRICK FINNEGAN IS TOO/ see note re: SOFT WAR

--I confirmed with Hudson county prosecutor Debra Simon [ telephone: 201-795-6426 ] Lawrence Sindoni is in on Dan Riesel/Yeshiva University's criminal scheme(s).



--Mr. Sindoni does not strike me as a person who would take a bribe, so I'm thinking he was probably threatened, lied to, bunch of lies he got told, to turn him against his client, he started throwing my case, as evidence against the landlords started piling up, including more evidence of income tax fraud, after we subponaed Mark K. Sindoni got turned.



---In July 2008, Lawrence Sindoni tried to put false statements of material fact on the audio-tape of my landlord-tenant trial by saying: "her diagnosis was never explained to her".



---When I confronted Mr. Sindoni..... that is not true.... there is no diagnosis my school has been lying about me for years........and why didn't you discuss this with me, and you know the rules of evidence better than I do, when you, as my lawyer, start placing statements on-the-record, they are taken as fact, why did you do that Mr. Sindoni without talking to me about it?



---Then, Sindoni LIED to me. He said that he wasn't under oath, so it didn't count. I know that is a LIE, and I told him, so.



----Subsequently, I discussed this with Debra Simon, prosecutor, and she confirmed: Sindoni LIED. He deliberately tried to place fasle statements of material fact on the audio-tape to discredit me.

----Judge Fast and Falcone tried to place false statements of material fact on the record to, as the evidence and information I gave to Judges Carpenter and Gallipoli came to light: Falcone did not WITHDRAW his complaint on October 1, 2007.

---Judge Fast refused to deal with Mrs. Pagnozzi's and Judge Falcone's perjury on material facts. And, if he had, if he had said to the landlords and their dishonest attorney, I am dismissing this with prejudice [ go away and never come back ], then, subsequent to October 1, 2007, all the harm to me and 3 other families in my building would have been avoided, as I detailed to Tracy McQuaide at the Hudson County prosecutor's office, and Judges Carpenter and Gallipoli.

Mullen and his XO yesterday, and, called, and talked to someone personally, and left a message, and backed everything up in writing, so that there would be no questions later, if Brig. Gen. Patrick Finnegan can't talk to me for 3 minutes [ strictly confidential, off-the-record, unofficial, I'll never use it, I have to talk to Finnegan ] then, Finnegan is in on it, too, and he is scared.
