EINSTEIN TAMPERED WITH MY RECORDS-NOTES

----NOW, Judge Simpson and ADA Spiro have in their hands enough information to know that Einstein tampered with my records.

---They have enough information to show that I applied to medical schools from Columbia during 1993 to 1994.

---They have enough information to show that I tried to transfer to another medical school in 1997.

---They have enough information to show that I was illegally expelled on

January 30, 1998.

----I did not go to Columbia to make a THIRD application to medical schools and sign a waiver form in 1999 [ makes no sense, lacks internal logic ]. Einstein told some LIE to Judge Simpson so that she would not give me my letters of recommendations to medical school so a bunch of hoodlums could LIE about my past.

---I did not sign a form waiving my rights to see my letters of recommendation at Columbia in 1999. Einstein changed the date on the form from "1993 " to "1999" , Einstein changed the " 3 " into a "9 " .

---Einstein LIED, tampered with my records and NO ONE bothered checking with me including my first public defender Jess Berkowitz [ demonstrating ineffective assistance of counsel and obstruction of justice ].

---Their scam goes like this: behind your back your attorney cooperates with the criminals and no one bothers checking the truth with you, including the judge.

---Same scam a la North Bergen municipal court judge Nino Falcone out in Jersey City with his gang of hoodlums. Jersey City Medical Center called my landlords and their attorneys on the night of 9/30/2008, but, did not check the FACTS with me, because the goal was to create a false medical record, so that Dan Riesel could run around behind my back....telling a bunch of lies because I blew the whistle on my medical school in FEDERAL STUDENT LOAN FRAUD, INSURANCE FRAUD, MIS-REPRESENTING THE MEDICAL SCHOOL AS NON-DENOMINATIONAL WHEN IT IS NOT.
