---I wrote a letter, attorney, James Michael Lenihan
[ army guy ], proofed it, changing just a word or two, and Marlen Abramova got it delivered to the wife of a member of Yeshiva's Board of Trustees, certified mail, signed receipt; she made a big stink about it, so everyone knew.



---That letter with the signed receipt is in Marlen Abramova's JOINT appendix, from her appeal in the Second Circuit [ 06-3987-cv ] and I can use it.


---That letter informed the Board of Trustees that there has NEVER been a hearing for a medical student at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
