----THERE WAS NO EVICTION ON 10/1/2008, LOTS OF WAYS TO PROVE THAT NORTH BERGEN, NEW JERSEY MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE NINO FALCONE LIED: certified auto-tapes of court, fax receipts, credit card receipts, moving receipts, gas receipts, filings of appeals in court....lots and lots of ways to prove irrefutably that NINO FALCONE LIED.




----He is so desperate to turn his lies into truth, that he still tries to falsify court records.
