They go back to the hospital, create a false record, and then, use that false record as a basis to commit even more crimes; FACTS ARE IRRELEVANT, they are running a scam. Dan Riesel is a "former" chief prosecutor for the federal government---who do you think does his investigative work---the FBI? The FBI is in on it [ Ronald Ray ]. So is the CIA [ "she sparked an international incident", Columbia University's video-tape is on this blog, I communicated with the president of another country, in front of lots of witnesses, of course, there is a CIA file on me, and the psychological profile has been falsified, from Dr. Jelnov, who advertises his services in the Russian community: " stop going to presidents of other countries or we will LIE about you even more" ] I can't wait to see my false records, from every source including the Secret Service. Dan Riesel wants me to make Freedom of Information Act requests in lieu of a subpoena, so: ( i ) the evidence is not entered into a court record, and ( 2 ) so he can run around behind my back spreading lies that I forged documents. I already had this experience. Dan Riesel is a liar: show me, Mr. Riesel, the written-published-faculty-approved hearing procedure and the certified, verbatim transcripts of my TWO hearings at Einstein. You cannot.

--I won against my landlords, on 9/25/2008, on or about 5 PM, in Superior Court, located on Newark Avenue.


--About an hour later, on or about 6 PM, there was a fax sent from municipal court, located on Summit Avenue, a different geographic location, to Jersey City Medical Center, that set the mental health workers on me.


--Who made the phone call from Superior Court on Newark Avenue to municipal court on Summit Avenue that set that fax in motion? Who called Stacey Dix-Kielbiowski? Judge Fast?


--On 9/24/2008, I stood in front of Judge Fast and presented the evidence that showed my landlords were accepting my rent payments, thereby re-newing my tenancy---in short, there was NO EVICTION. Judge Fast lied to me, with some bogus excuse----and then, laughed and taunted me with another bogus argument.


---On 9/25/2008, I went back to Judge Fast, and quoted directly from his book, citing POST-JUDGMENT RELIEF. He was compelled to admit that when a landlord cashes a tenant's check, BEFORE the tenant has moved out, then, the landlord has accepted the tenant and there is NO EVICTION. I had 5 to 6 cashed checks to show Judge Fast, one-at-a-time. He can re-instate a judgment, once, maybe, twice, but, 5 to 6 times, in a row, means he is establishing a very dangerous precedent.

--Stacy Dix-Kielbiowski did not return phone calls from, on or about, Wednesday, 9/24/2008 to Tuesday, 9/30/2008. I told her, call me anytime, outside of normal business hours, is OK, nights and weekends are OK.


--She couldn't talk to me for 5 minutes: ( i ) the Pentagon investigator told me to throw everything up on the Internet, I DID, ( ii ) for days leading up to Wednesday, 9/24/2008, I was not in the community to cause agitation, I was out-of-town, on a business trip, which is NONE of her business, ( iii ) what increasing agitation in court ? ! I sat in court all day, quietly, in the back, lots of witnesses, then, as the last person that day, I WON, against my landlords.

---I interviewed the people who worked in Jersey City Medical Center. You would not believe what they said. We had the police drag in a guy who was talking on his cell phone and it looked like he was talking to himself. We had the police drag in a guy who went running and took off his shirt, in cold weather, and the police decided that was odd. Who is paying for these hospital visits? THE STATE ? Check the ACCOUNT NUMBERS. The account numbers on my records are different. This hospital would have billed Medicaid $15,000 in fraud, if I did not go down there and scream my head-off----NO, you will not defraud the tax-payers to do YESHIVA UNIVERSITY'S DIRTY WORK.

that show the hospitalization was engineered behind my back by Julie Schulman

Brian Hamilton and my medical school.




Subpoena my insurance documents from my medical school, Mr. Berkowitz, that

show Michael J. Reichgott, M.D, "former" dean for students is a LIAR. He did

not make MANY phone calls because he was worried about me, he did not break

into my home because he was worried about me, he knew where I was. The whole

hospitalization in 1996 was a SET-UP.


As a medical student I inhaled a patent's blood and could not get medical

care without accepting an invasion of my privacy. They captialized on

a situation in which I was in a weakened physcial condition to take ruthless

advantage of me. They saw the blood.


I was washing my blood-filled pants out in a sink, by hand. My medical school

was too busy falsifying records and telling lies about me to make sure that I got

medical care after inhaling a patient's blood.


Then, they stalked me throughout life, telling vicious lies behind my back.


These people were out to get me from day one. If something didn't happen,

then, they would just make something up like they did with Dr. Hedi Weissman

and Dr. John Cacace, and Diane Persky, and Dr. Ajay P. Garg.

In good-faith, Mike Tyberg and I went down to the Manhattan District attorney's office last summer [ 2008 ] and explained to Jonathan Lenzer and his summer intern all the details that they needed to know about how we were fraudulently induced into enrolling into a decelerated program that did not exist, how Yeshiva University lied to steal money from us [ maintaining false business records is a crime in New York ] and the state and federal governments in the TAP [Tuition Assistance Program & in the Pell Grant program, respectively ], all the people who lied to help Yeshiva University lie to steal, and how easy it was to locate more victims.

---Mike Tyberg and I were deliberately excluded from a subsequent meeting because if we had been present, Yeshiva University's dishonest lawyers could not have gotten away with lying so easily.

----And, now, they say......gee....we don't know what the students are talking about.

They know exactly what we are talking about---pay for classes you never took or be declared in default on a student loan; that black mark will be on your credit reports FOR LIFE [ not 7 years, the bankruptcy laws do not apply ] making it difficult or impossible to pass a credit check for an apartment or a job.

( 2 ) I never took Infectious Diseases or Parasitology.

Was I taking the same number of classes as "full-time" students, or engaged in the same amount of activies as " full-time " students ? NO.

Was I taking as least half the number of classes as "full-time" students, or doing at least half of what "full-time" students were doing? NO.

I was not eligible for this loan.



Please refer to the two postings immediately after this one for a list of classes that conflict, and the original college bulletin with the courses on a time-line that demonstrates these conflicts, too [ already submitted in the Second Circuit ].

( 3 ) The 3 classes I did take [ Biochemistry, one major class, and Genetics and Embryology, 2 minor classes ] are not enough credits, not enough classes, to make me eligible for the Stafford federal student loan program.

( 4 ) Assistant District Attorney Alex Spiro wants a trial ? !

I can't wait to re-count every stupid lie I was told, every excuse, I can't wait to parade every single witness from the state guarantee agency, like Pat Futia, and Mr. Austin, and Cheryl Fisher, supervising attorney, and every witness from Sallie Mae, up to and including the absurd lies I got from their Board of Directors, one big shot is here in New York, [ it is policy to steal from students ! ] and re-count every lie they told, and finally, how Yeshiva admitted to Congress that they committed fraud, and should lose the ability to administer these programs forever, but, that they would replace the federal student loan program(s) with a private loan program-----so, who cares-----members of Congress and I were shocked at their arrogance----

I can't wait to recount going to Congressman George Miller's public hearing in good-faith, in May 2007, and having his staff spit in my face and tell me I should borrow money to pay these crooks. I can't wait to recount that whole experience, on-the-record-------Congress dragged in Ms. Spellings, bashed the Bush Administration, got a bunch of headlines, and deliberately spit in the faces of legitimate student victims---me & Mike----and ignored the fact that with a few simple questions, they may be able to locate other victims.

( 5 ) Important consumer information for every pre-med: they lie to steal money from you in a federal student loan program, when you refuse to pay for classes you never took, law enforcement and the courts help them steal, and when you call the appropriate school officials to say....enough with the persecution already.....give me my records.....and refund my money.....they dash down to Manhattan criminal court to file false criminal charges.....because they are ANNOYED that you had the temerity to stand up to them.



Then, they try to milk you for legal fees, so you can defend yourself against false criminal charges: milk her for the money, milk her for the money, get her, get her, get her.....a naturally-occuring experiment in the nature of aggression, sound familiar?





Or you can go with the attorney they assign to you as a poor person, whose job it is to deliberately lose your case, like I demonstrated with Lawrence Sindoni, in New Jersey, by deliberately keeping evidence off-the-record and making false statements of material fact [ and when caught, lies to you about it, already confirmed with the prosecutor ]. When caught in their crimes, they'll try to bully you into accepting a lesser charge, because the Manhattan District Attorney is embarrassed: filing a false police report(s) is a crime.

( 6 ) In short, my phone calls had a legitimate purpose.



Assistant District Attorney Alex Spiro is engaged in malicous prosecution, a crime.

( 7 ) And, if you try and get your records through Freedom of Information Act requests, Dan Riesel, a " former " chief prosecutor for the federal government who helped Rabbi Lamm/Yeshiva University lie in federal courts [ the lawyer paid by this so-called religious school to Bear False Witness ] runs around behind your back telling people you forged documents.

( 8 ) Dr. Jelnov at Jersey City Medical Center tried to diagnose me as delusional because I thought there was a connection between my landlord-tenant case and my federal case. FACT: THERE IS !

---In February 2007, I explained to Ralph Pagnozzi how my medical school is lying to steal money in a federal student loan program, and how the damage to my credit reports made it impossible for me to get a another apartment.

---Here's how I explained it to the Hudson County prosecutor's office plus a police report in 2005, plus the details that I gave to investigators at the U.S. Department of Education, and the Department of Health & Human Services, and all the phone calls that, then, Congressman Menendez, now Senator Bob Menendez's office made [ insert contact info ] to the Hudson County prosecutor's office, and here's how the Democratic Party bosses, owned by the Zionist lobby, shut him down to help Yeshiva University lie to steal money.

---On 7/10/2008, I explained again to municipal court Judge Nesle A. Rodriguez. She knew. I could not get a public defender unless I disclosed this financial information. ---On 9/12/2008, I sat down with Stacey Dix-Kielbiowski. I showed her the bills Sallie Mae sent me, and the post-marked envelopes, and explained again, all the details, and gave her contact information to cross-check with Mike Tyberg.

---She deliberately OMITTED all this information/evidence from the screening document she created on that day to intentionally keep infomation/evidence off-the-record, so she could help Yeshiva University commit FRAUD, thereby, irrefutably demonstrating CRIMINAL INTENT for the prosecutor; by these deliberate omissions and others she demonstrates that the defense of HEARSAY is not available to her [ insert here, and here are all the false statements of material fact that she drafted into that document that were so obviously dictated to her, to intentionally create a false record ].
