KEN FINNEGAN AT COLUMBIA: " YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS "

--I submitted these statutes in federal court(s). I had an attorney, double-check these statutes, too.

--The originals have the original stamp, original ink, "RECEIVED, 06 JUL-6 PM 8:56 U.S. COURT OF APPEALS SECOND CIRCUIT NIGHT DEPOSITORY".

--The psychopaths at Sive, Paget & Riesel have copies, with original stamp, too.

--In I made thirty-six ( 36 ) Addendums and submitted them in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, for all the judges, including Judge Patterson, in the lower district court, for ease of reference.

--In order to deepen their understanding, I organized up all the statutes, from city, state, and federal law, and placed them into an Addendum for the judges and their law clerks. I gave them full, true, and complete information. I did not play games like the psychopaths at Sive, Paget & Riesel.

--Every university has to have a Grievance Procedure.


--Including West Point, Columbia, and Yeshiva University.

[ --the Code of Military Justice has a provision that says, essentially, all civilian laws have to be obeyed too---]

--Which means, Mr. Finnegan, with respect , that before Columbia University denies me access to the new Alumni Center, and revokes my reading privileges, and denies me other privileges and services for which I paid, Columbia has responsibility by law to provide me with a Grievance Procedure.

--During which, I get to ask: why is Columbia University helping Janice Bennett continue to LIE about the number of classes I took during my second year? I am getting threatening letters from the federal government NOW telling me that if I do not pay for classes Yeshiva never provided then harm will be inflicted upon me [ insert more info here ].

---Janice Bennett, last summer, admitted that I was not permitted to be IN THE ROOM when she gave false, unsworn testimony against me ---- and that because I was not permitted to BE IN THE ROOM to hear the arguments against me, much less defend myself, this WAS NOT A HEARING---she admitted that Dan Riesel LIED in federal court when he swore otherwise.

---[ which means, if I wanted to, I could make it an internal issue at West Point: why would Brig. Gen. Patrick Finnegan help Yeshiva University commit crimes ? In a time of war, a civilian came and asked for help, with large institutional issues, issues that reached beyond individuals, and the Army spit in her face, why ? ]


--If these statues were not seen, then, that is more evidence that my court papers were tampered with. More evidence that information is being deliberately concealed.


--The court records in Jersey City were tampered with and so are these (?), makes my argument for me, my court papers are being tampered with, to make a false record [ post and see, ask: is this the first that you are seeing this ? ]
