FOR THE PROSECUTOR: DELIBERATE OMISSIONS = NO HERSAY DEFENSE

--Friday, 16-October-2009, 2 PM meeting with President Joseph Scott and Vice-President of Risk Management Shari Grenier [ contact information and other details in footnotes ], about 30 minutes.

( 1 ) DELIBERATE OMISSIONS = NO HEARSAY DEFENSE.

--In plain language: Jersey City Medical Center ( JCMC) cannot defend its employee Stacey Dix-Kielbiowski ( Dix ) by blaming Judge Nesle A. Rodriguez.....Dix will try to defend herself by saying the judge lied to her, therefore she is not responsible.

--In legal language: Dix cannot defend herself with Hearsay because Dix deliberately omitted facts from the screening document(s) that she created to intentionaly create a false record.

( 2 ) Scott and Grenier know that a criminal gang operates out of their hospital. They know the big picture issues.

( 3 ) Here is the list Scott and Grenier asked for, so that they can take appropriate action steps [ insert list here ].
