" YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS ". NOT TRUE. I DO.

--See, Tuesday, October 6, 2009 posting. I inserted the statutes.

--With respect, Mr. Finnegan at Columbia University, is incorrect.

--I have rights. I do.

--So, with respect, when I enforce President Bollinger's subpoena, and I fully intend to do so, he can come down to Manhattan criminal court and bring with him:

( 1 ) Columbia's written-published-faculty-approved Grievance Procedure [ because the faculty makes the law, not the administration, and dishonest atttorneys like Dan Riesel, and I can quote case-law on this point ] and

( 2 ) the written-published-faculty-approved hearing procedure [ the one that fully comports with the spirit of the law ] and

( 3 ) he can testify to how I was black-listed.

--All the other subpoenas will be enforced too.
