---Judge Patterson could not.
---I can walk into criminal court with the student guides, compendiums, and bulletins from when I was a student and show that there was no written-published-faculty approved hearing procedure for medical students like the law students got: Dan Riesel, of Sive, Paget & Riesel, LIED when he swore in federal court, under penalty of perjury, that I got not one, but, TWO hearings. I did not.
