---Columbia University did nothing wrong.

---Yeshiva University did.

---ADA Spiro has a case against Yeshiva University, not me.

---They knew what they were doing, ADA Spiro, every step along the way. They tried to kill me.

---I did not play along with federal student loan fraud. I protested every step along the way, and I have the evidence to demonstrate it, evidence Yeshiva University is concealing deliberately from ADA Spiro. But, even now, ADA Spiro knows that Yeshiva expelled students without hearings, all nine medical schools in the State of New York do so too.

---If Senator Grassley does not investigate and prosecute, everyone will wonder, why did Senator Grassley go after the Christians [ questioning their tax-exemption ] and not Yeshiva ?

---Why did Senator Grassley go after Columbia University ? Columbia University did nothing wrong.

----Why isn't Senator Grassley going after Yeshiva?

---Everyone will say Yeshiva bribed Senator Grassley.

---Senator Grassley has no choice. In order to perserve his integrity, he has to do an investigation of Yeshiva University and prosecute.

---Senator Schumer and Senator Grassley and Attorney General Andrew Cuomo know that there has never been a fair hearing for a medical student in the state of New York.

---I explained it to them. ADA Spiro knows too. You can't do an Article 78 judicial review without a certified-verbatim transcript. The last time I checked, no medical school in New York State provided a certified-verbatim transcript of a hearing to its students before an adverse action like suspension or expulsion was taken.

----Lawrence Sindoni putting false information on the trial audio-tape in July 2008, demonstrates contact between my medical school [ federal case in New York and my landlord-tenant case in Jersey ]. Sindoni told the lies Yeshiva put in his mouth. The doctor in 1996 admitted that he did not diagnosis me, so did the staff.

---There is a list of evidence that demonstrates contact between my landlord-tenant case, and my federal case(s)----thereby discrediting Dr. Jelnov. He tried to diagnosis me as delusional because I believed that there was contact between my landlord-tenant case and my federal case---there is.

----All this is great news for Brig. Gen. Patrick Finnegan. He does not stand alone.
