---( 2 ) Summer 2008, Janice Bennett admitted that I was NOT in the room while she testified against me to my Promotions Committee in October 1997 and that this was NOT a hearing [ Dan Riesel committed perjury when he said I got 2 hearings ]. I had 2 witnesses, unrelated to me, who know that I did not get a hearing, before my expulsion.
