( 3 ) I talked to Mr. Abrams about the blank CD [ Judge Rodriguez helped them keep evidence off-the-record ] before Jonathan Goodman and I went to court. His recommendation: protest as much as you can, in every forum you can, so there is no doubt that you are protesting the violation of your rights.
( 4 ) The only thing that happened on 9/12/2008, was that ( i ) I asked Judge Rodriguez for a new judge, as is my right under Jersey court rules, ( ii ) I distributed handbills: these are the extremes that Judge Rodriguez went to victimize me and my family by refusing,
on 7/10/ 08 and 7/30/08 to put her verbal "no-contact" order into writing, so I could show it to the police when my landlords violated it 5 to 6 times in early August 2008.

( 5 ) According to Debra Simon, Judge Rodriguez did not like the way I was " acting " in her court room on 9/12/2008.
Not true. What Judge Nesle A. Rodriguez did not like was the fact that I demonstrated the extreme lengths that she went to, in order to keep evidence off-the-record in a lower court [ create a false record ] so that Judge Fast could rule against me, in a higher court [ create a false record ]. In retaliation, she used her position against me to ask for a mental status evaluation that was un-necessary and to bill the taxpayers for it.
She uses dishonest doctors, like Michael S. Stewart, as weapons to discredit witnesses [ I saw Stewart in the back of the courtroom in my landlord tenant case ]. In fact, there was a question: "who is the psychiatrist ? " put to Ralph Pagnozzi during the trial. Mr. Pagnozzi's response: " he sits in the back of the room ", and there was Stewart.

----5 days later, on 9/30/2008, when Jersey City Medical Center claimed that it had the right to hold me based on HISTORY at that hospital, they already knew that history was FRAUD. This is NOT hearsay. They had the hard-copies in their hands for 5 days.
---On 10/2/2008: "As per Stacy pt. has been mailing threatening letters to Judge Rodriguez". Jersey City Medical Center knew this was not true since 9/25/2008. They knew that they were guilty of the crime of false imprisonment.
----The Big Picture: the purpose of my false imprisonment at Jersey City Medical Center was to create a false medical record, because by August 2008, I showed that there was no diagnosis, my medical school has been LYING about me for years.
---Note 1: Mary Lou Colon at the Jersey City municipal court public defender's office tried to work around the crime and corruption as best she could, she tried to help, and she has a letter from me to her, to that effect and thanking her for her efforts. Thank you, Ms. Colon.
