---Judge Sotomayor is one of Radin's 36---36 bad judges who refused to uphold the law. She could, at any time, even now, of her own volition, sua sponte, correct the fabricated ruling(s) in my case.

---Einstein/Yeshiva wants them to stand, uncorrected, so that they can be cited to to hurt the next innocent person who will not know the truth. They want me to initiate a new lawsuit. NO. These fabricated rulings have to be corrected so that Einstein cannot use them to deceive the next innocent person.





-----The crux of a hostile environment claim is NOT time or place, it is CONTROL. Einstein and my government control my records, they are falsified and being used to hurt me, I have a right to get them and correct them.




-----The government does not want to give them to me, because my government is ashamed, and does not want anyone to know how easy it is to abuse the Patriot Act by falsely accusing someone like me of being a terrorist and stalking that person through life.

----When Congressman Mica went to the House Judiciary Committee he was told that the judges would blame their law clerks. Judge Patterson cannot. Neither can these two women.
