THE BOOK OF LIES: ALL THE LIES YESHIVA TELLS

( 1 ) ---John Scarfone LIED when he accused me of being at his home in Malverne, New York on September 23, 2008, harassing him at his home, ADA Spiro did not check the facts.


[ I was miles away, at the Pentagon, with lots of witnesses, it turned into a big stink ].


( 2) ----LIED in my federal case. I did not fail 3 of 5 classes my first year [ there are 14 first-year classes, I posted the original College bulletin on this blog, and showed it to prosecutor Debra Simon ].

[ this is a propaganda technique intended to confuse the details ].



( 3) ----LIED about me in the Abramova federal case....said I failed every class my first year except for Todd Olson's anatomy class, but did not produce the 13 failed exams or the original College bulletin, and Col. Kevin C. Reilly, MD, confirmed FACTS in my case.



[ reilly, I told you, it had nothing to do with school, if something did not happen, then, they would just make something up, I was targeted from the very first day, it had nothing to do with you ].



[ based on these easy to understand, surface issues, what can you say about the lawyers who represent the school, they don't know what courses you took, or when, or whether you passed or failed them ? ]



( 4 ) ---Lied about MANDATORY reinstatement procedures.


Abramova was suspended illegally under directly comparable circumstances as me. She was NOT required to sign a contract releasing the school from liability in her case, and with no prior approval, she went to psychiatrists of her choice, who were not on the Einstein payroll, and was reinstated within days.
