The Manhattan District Attorney is Robert Morgenthau.

His complaining witness against me is John Scarfone, dishonest lawyer paid by Yeshiva University to lie about me.

John Scarfone went into federal district court in 2006 and swore, under penalty of perjury, that I failed every course my first year of medical school except Todd Olson's anatomy course.

I asked Jonathan Goodman, my second public defender and Judge Nesle Rodriguez for orders of protection against psychopaths like Stacey Dix-Kielbiowski [ see note below ], they refused to provide them, so I can continue to be victimized. Jonathan Goodman and Judge Nesle Rodriguez are profoundly disturbed individuals.

I asked Jess Berkowitz, the public defender assigned to me in Manhattan, to obtain orders of protection against these psychopaths, like John Scarfone who has already committed perjury in federal district court, and he refused. He wants me to be harmed. Any normal, decent person would be screaming to have protective orders by now, he knows the complaining witnesses are liars, not making up excuses for them.

No medical school in New York can provide a CERTIFIED, VERBATIM transcript of a hearing given to a student before expulsion; Yeshiva University already admitted to this in the Abramova case.

Without a certified, verbatim transcript an Article 78 judicial review [ 4 month statute of limitations ] CANNOT BE DONE.

All expulsions in New York State are illegal.

No medical school in New York can provide ( 1 ) a written-published-faculty-approved hearing procedure that fully comports with the SPIRIT OF THE LAW, and ( 2 ) a certified, verbatim transcript of a hearing.

( 1 ) Debra Simon knows that the reason I am throwing all this up on the Internent is because I have witnessed my documents manipulated in courts [ taken apart and put back together in disorder, to mislead ] and because I am a witness to individuals like North Bergen municipal court judge Nino Falcone's attempts to place material false information on audio-tapes; I can provide detailed examples.

( 2 ) Ms. Simon----please ask to see the signed COURT-ORDER from Judge Rodriguez on 9/12/2008 that said I was required to speak with Stacey Dix-Kielbiowski.

It DOES NOT EXIST; Jonathan Goodman already admitted that they LIED.

The purpose of Dix's interview was to create a false medical record on 9/12/2008 to discredit me.

The screening document that Dix wrote on 9/12/2008 contains LIE after LIE after LIE that my medical school has been circulating about me for years; Dix never checked the FACTS with me.

JUDGE FAST IS TRYING TO DODGE A SUBPOENA.

Judge Fast does not want to come to court to:

( 1 ) authenticate the waiver he issued on 9/25/2008, which shows that there was NO EVICTION on 10/1/2008.


Jersey City Medical Center LIED; they said that they were helping me through an eviction on that date. There was no eviction. They almost murdered me.

There were points along the way that Judge Fast could have put a stop to these criminals, instead he cooperated with them and ultimately, almost cost me my life.



( 2 ) testify to the fact that he let my security deposit check from 2003 into evidence [ not too old ] but, kept my creditable testimony from 2004 0ff-the-record with the bogus excuse that it was too old.



This evidence showed that I was creditable and that Asaf Rosenheim and my landlords were not.




He was protecting Asaf Rosenheim, a Jew not welcome in Israel because he is gay who tried to steal money from my landlords.



This audio-tape showed that the accusations of me forging leases is irrelevant, my landlady, Mrs. Pagnozzi testified in February 2004 that she accepted me as a tenant [ all those lies fall apart, they were trying to create this big story about how they never accepted me as a tenant ].




This audio-tape showed that because I was testifying voluntarily for the landlords I had no motive to harass them, in fact, they look like fools, because I am the one that they asked to help them, I did, and Mr. Pagnozzi did not protect me or his wife, we went to court without him on 02-27-2004, and stood against ex-Israeli military, who in one of the last encounters I had with him, went nuts and ripped a medicine cabinet out of a wall, I had to call the police.

Angel Quinones LIED. He testified that he came to court 5 times. He did not. He came to court twice in my case.

Plus, there is more. Judge Fast worked to hurt me.

My mental status exam from 7/29/2008 from my doctors in New York was deliberately kept off-the-record at Jersey City Medical Center, so JCMC could create false medical records.

Of course, the doctors in New York did a mental status exam after I was forced to delay medical care for almost a month after a car crash on 6/24/2008. I asked Mr. Fitzgerald if I could have 2 weeks off from the landlord-tenant trial to get medical care, and he said no.

The screening document from 4 PM on 9/30/2008 was also kept off-the-record at Jersey City Medical Center, deliberately, to create a false medical record.

On a woman's broken back......I wrote this in 9/3/2004.....spooky, very spooky....

The car crash in 6/24/2008, left me with an injured back....it is spooky, isn't it, almost like I predicted it, almost like I could see into the future.....but, no one could have known.

I wrote these templates/letters for the rabbis. I kept everything, so I could prove it. I protected myself a number of different ways.

JUDGE NESLE RODRIGUEZ RAN AROUND BEHIND MY BACK LYING ABOUT ME

Irrespective of the issues, or how you feel about me, Jersey City chief Judge Nesle Rodriguez ran around behind my back telling people that I was mailing her threatening letters and sending her threatening emails.

I demand to see them: SHOW ME, show me the threatening letters, show me their post-marked envelopes----she can't because they do not exist.

Michael S. Stewart, MD, dishonest psychiatrist, responsible for my fasle imprisonment, accused me of sending Judge Rodriguez threatening emails. SHOW ME. He can't because they do not exist.

Any one should be able to support this position: a judge should not be running around falsely accusing a resident; a doctor should not be running around falsely accusing a person.

And, Dr. LaMonica was a real joke: " 36 judges can't be wrong". --The Hudson County prosecutor's office has had my falsified financial records, with a police report, since 2005.

--They got phone calls from Congressman Menendez's staff; he is now Senator Menendez. They spit in his face.

--At first, Congressman Menendez was willing to take action. Then, the Democratic party bosses told him to do nothing.

--I got a "no-contact" order from criminal court on Jan. 18, 2009. Within 24 hours, Ralph Pagnozzi violated it. Within 10 days North Bergen municipal court judge Nino Falcone violated it. The Hudson County prosecutor's office did nothing. Had they let Falcone and Pagnozzi cool their heels in jail for a few hours, as a warning, I would not have been physically assaulted and almost killed at Jersey City Medical Center thanks to the lies these psychopaths circulated.

--The Hudson County prosecutor's office is going to have to get the State Attorney General and the federal prosecutor involved, if they are not already involved, because the Hudson County prosecutor's office cannot sit in judgment on itself.

--It is impossible to believe that Judge Fast, a Superior court judge, honestly and sincerely believed that Angel Quinones [ corrected spelling, 14-August-2009 ] as a non-party witness, was creditable. Judge Fast knew he lied.


--Judge Fast was already making excuses for Kenneth Kim's lies....along the lines of...oh, he is just a young man who went along with the scheme. No. Mr. Kim is an adult and he was a law clerk. He and his girlfriend knew what they were doing when they lied. Lawrence Sindoni knew what he was doing when he deliberately kept evidence off-the-record to let Mr. Kim get away with his lies.

--In New York, I can't go to the State Attorney General, because that office already threatened me. Me to Mel Goldberg: " If I can't get justice in an American court, I will go to an international court." Mel Goldberg to me: "You'll never get there".

--As an American woman, on American soil, in a time of war, I have no recourse now, but to appeal to the Army; I have standing, legally, morally, ethically. They forced me to do so.

--The Assistant District Attorney, Alex Spiro, telephone: 212-335-4058, already told me, and Mr. Berkowitz how he was planning to engage in official misconduct, how he planned to use the resources of the Manhattan District attorney's office in a personal vendetta, financed by tax-payers' money, to hurt me, for Yeshiva University's interests. I already ran this past Det. Lee who said, that they are ruining their careers.

--The FBI is too afraid to give me my file, because they do not want me to know what's in there; I already discussed this with Army, to confirm.
