--I already provided him, and posted on this blogsite, an example of a complaining witness against me, John Scarfone, Associate General Counsel for Yeshiva University, who LIED about me in federal district court.

--A normal, decent attorney, one who was working for my interests, would demand that the charges against me be dropped immediately: the complaining witnesses are LIARS.

--It is impossible to believe John Scarfone when he swears that he needs a protective order against me because he is so frightened of me, because John Scarfone has LIED about me before, in federal court, under penalty of perjury. He is already guilty.

--The Assistant District Attorney, Alex Spiro, telephone: 212-335-4058, already told me, and Mr. Berkowitz how he was planning to engage in official misconduct, how he planned to use the resources of the Manhattan District attorney's office in a personal vendetta, financed by tax-payers' money, to hurt me, for Yeshiva University's interests. I already ran this past Det. Lee who said, that they are ruining their careers.

--The FBI is too afraid to give me my file, because they do not want me to know what's in there; I already discussed this with Army, to confirm. My medical school has been running around defaming me for years, making up stories....falsely characterizing me as a terrorist to persecute me, for the interests of racist Zionists.

--The Secret Service already showed me how words and phrases from my writings were taken out-of-context to misconstrue my meanings, in order to falsely characterize me. They already let me know that there is some sicko, wacko psychiatrist(s) stalking me, making up lies about me.

--My psychological profile has been faked; I can't wait to see my CIA file. The president of another country did me a favor, of course, there is a CIA file on me.

--Goodness only knows how far back this goes, how much they lied about me.

--A cost-effective solution. I can print up handbills, cheap, and go down-town and introduce myself to the Manhattan lunch crowd: "Hello, I am the DA's innocent victim".

--All over Park Avenue, Dan Riesel, the former chief prosecutor who riggs the system at Yeshiva University so that a false accusation is enough to destroy an innocent person's life, and the rich people who pay for the persecution: have nothing to do with these people.

--I gave Dan Riesel ample opportunity to correct the lies he told in federal court. He refused.
