THE COURT RECORDS AT JERSEY CITY MUNICIPAL COURT HAVE BEEN FALSIFIED--THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME

Item # 1:

-On 6/2/2008, Magda Pagnozzi filed false criminal charges against me.

-The court records in Jersey City Municipal court have been tampered with.

-The is not the first time these records have been tampered with, as the State Attorney General knows. In the parking ticket scandal, the computer records were altered by a judge. The State Attorney General is prosecuting/prosecuted several judges from Jersey City. Sindoni and I discussed this, during summer 2008, he knows.

-Lawrence Sindoni, Judge Fast, and Nino Falcone know that the court records in municipal court have been tampered with, because in August 2008, I provided this information to the three of them. Before I was assualted, on 9/30/2008.

Item # 2:

-For a mere $99 I can have 5,000 hand-bills of the waiver that stopped the eviction until 10/2/2008 printed up and distribute them widely, so there will be no question that Jersey City Medical Center LIED, there was no eviction scheduled for 10/1/2008. This hospital was not helping me. They almost killed me.

-This waiver is posted on this blogsite. They don't want evidence posted on this blogsite for the WORLD to see. That's the goal of the criminal charges in New York, to take down this blogsite, destroy evidence, and silence witnesses, any way they can.

-The Manhattan DA already threatened me.

[ --The Bronx DA already lied to Congressman Weiner. There is a two-year fraud discovery rule in civil cases, and a one-year fraud discovery rule for criminal prosecution, for fraud committed in the context of a fiduciary duty. Irrespective of our cases, the Bronx DA lied to a Congressman.

-The clock starts ticking for statute of limitations purposes, when we discover the fraud.

-Brig. Gen. Patrick Finnegan, West Point, knows that I am telling the truth; he knows the Bronx DA lied.

-Yesterday, I talked to the Special Prosecutions Unit at the Manhattan DA's office, and they tried to make up excuses to do nothing. I explained to them how their excuse was wrong. And, I can explain to Brig. Gen. Finnegan, too.

-Why won't Finnegan defend Caslen? Why didn't Finnegan talk to me about what was going on? Finnegan was told what to do, ordered to get rid of me. Finnegan didn't know about the meeting I had with Madox, Caslen's XO, before I went over to talk to Finnegan. Finnegan was surprised when I said it. Finnegan's a lawyer, a dean, a general, he's smart. He should have been saying, Ms. Radin, what's going on, why are you here, how come the civilians can't deal with this, start talking, Ms. Radin, I want to know, what do you mean, my staff is not telling me that Congressman Mica's office has been trying to make an appointment for you and this is the first I am hearing about this, he should have been furious that his staff was trying to manipulate him, not ordered to get rid of me, not mad at Congressman Mica's office, who made good-faith efforts to do the right thing, Finnegan should have been mad at his own staff, not me and Mica, I heard all about the phone conversation Finnegan had with Congressman Mica's office, after I left, if Finnegan was mad, he should have demanded my presense, called me back to West Point, and yelled at me, not Mica; why can't Finnegan face me ? Even now, why can't Finnegan face me ? I am a phone call away. He could ask to see me anytime, anywhere, officially, or unofficially; he knows I'd cooperate with him; why can't he face me ?

--36 federal judges refused to uphold the law against Yeshiva University, and the CIA is protecting them, one judge, Sonia Sotomayor, sits on the Supreme Court.

---Brig. Gen. Finnegan, why were you ordered to get rid of me ? Why can't you question what's going on, other generals dis-obeyed orders, to do the right thing, you know better. Even now, you should be demanding my presence, I should be sitting next to you, handing you information, you're a lawyer, I don't have to simplify it for you, I should be pointing it out to you....see, here, General....here's where they lied.....see this part....they lied here, too.....see, the courts are rigged....see, they attacked your colleagues ....see, we don't have a functioning society....see, we established religion.....see, we persecuted Christians....see, we violated our Constitution.....see, this is a Nazi propaganda technique....see, how it is used....see, this has been going on for 40 years....see, we don't run our country.....here's, how I think it happened....Finngean should have lead the charge. He should have been outraged. He should have debriefed me: what do you mean, Ms. Radin, Mel Goldberg at the New York State Attorney General's office threatened you?

The New York Governor knows that there is.....what is referred to in the press....as a rogue group of police, that do dirty work....go after the elected officials....even the Governor.


--I entered evidence into the federal district courts in New York. What happened to the evidence, after I submitted it? Why am I compelled to enter it again, on this blogsite?
