Oh, yes, and if I had really failed ALL my first year classes except Todd Olson's anatomy class then, my medical school can explain why I am the only student in the history of the school to violate the 3 class rule. After you fail 3 classes they stop you. They do not let you take class after class after class and keep failing.


And, John Scarfone can bring TWO original sets of exams IN MY HANDWRITING to Manhattan criminal court, the first set of exams from ALL the classes I failed first year, and then, a second set from all the classes I repeated in my second year to pass.


And, ALL my professors can testify to this. Let's watch ALL the professors LIE.


Will Dr. Blau LIE and say that I FAILED his class and had to take it TWICE ? Can he produce my original patient write-ups, because I can, with his handwriting on them.


Will my Histology professor say I failed his class and had to take it twice ? You know the one, Lt. Col. Kevin C. Reilly, our professor who survived the Holocaust, the one who suffered because of all the lies the Nazis told---will he LIE too ?


My witness pool for this OUTRAGEOUS LIE is about 400 people. There are about 200 students in my class [ class of 1998 ] who can verify that I did not fail every class except for Todd Olson's anatomy class, and about 200 students in the next class [ class of 1999 ] who can verify that I did not repeat ALL the classes that I failed with them.
