U.S. SUPREME COURT JUDGE SONIA SOTOMAYOR DOES NOT UPHOLD THE LAW

--U.S. Supreme Court Judge Sonia Sotomayor does not uphold the law: an issue for the ARMY and the INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY.

--From the lowest to the highest, judges in America do not uphold the law. Municipal court Judge Velazquez refused to enforce my subpoenas: "As per Stacey pt. has been mailing threatening letters to Judge Rodriguez".

--I subpoenaed chief judge, Judge Velazquez's boss, municipal court judge Nesle Rodriguez, SHOW ME, show me the threatening letters and the post-marked envelopes I was accused of mailing.--They cannot because they do not exist.

--Judge Velazquez told me to serve subpoenas and now he refuses to enforce them.

--The judicial system is rigged---an issue for the ARMY and the International community.
