PHOTO IS ALREADY AUTHENTICATED

Before my false imprisonment on 9/30/2008, Ralph Pagnozzi already admitted to the Jersey City Police that he slashed my door with a knife which means he already AUTHENTICATED the photo of HIS hand that I posted on my blogsite(s).

This photo [ authenticated evidence ] coupled with the page of my medical records from Jersey City Medical Center on 9/30/2008 wherein Robert Ruiz states, essentially, that he called Mr. Pagnozzi, that Mr. Pagnozzi denied slashing my door and that the picture of the hand was not his but mine, is evidence of Mr. Pagnozzi LYING to a hospital to falsely imprison and retaliate [ "FRESH ACTS OF RETALIATION" stops evictions, too ] against his tenant when he lost in court on 9/25/2008, [ see waiver dated 9/24/2008 ], already posted on this blog.

My medical records from Jersey City Medical Center have already been authenticated.

If Judge Rodriguez had given me a written "no-contact" order like I asked her twice in open court, then, I would not have been compelled to post signs on my door to protect myself against a landlord who lies.

Blogsite(s) = shield. They will not come down. This evidence protects every resident in Hudson County.

Criminal intent by Robert Ruiz is demonstrated by the fact that he never discussed the photo or contacting my landlord with me, because, Robert Ruiz's job was to create a FALSE MEDICAL RECORD to discredit me.
