The crux of a hostile environment claim is not time or location, it is control.
Yeshiva University controls my records. Those records are falsified, and are used to create even more falsified records at other agencies and institutions, as a basis to commit crimes, as my recent experience in Jersey City shows.
I suspect all my records are falsified, I want them all, from every agency and institution, especially the FBI.
Goodness knows, how much they lied.
