--Jeff Cox, unpublished telephone number at the Pentagon, 703-571-8791; I did not threaten to blow up a school in Washington if I did not get a job at the Pentagon, on 9/23/2008, ridiculous. Mr. Cox verified that I did not say anything remotely like that.

--When I contacted Mr. Cox recently he was willing to testify for me voluntarily/sign a certification/affidavit. Now, I'm getting back-peddling and back-sliding, excuses....well....there are channels.... and an allegation that I am bribing notaries to witness signatures on documents that I posted on
blogsite(s) .....I did not bribe anyone......forget about it, here's how easy I can make it:

--The waiver that Judge Fast gave me on 9/25/2008 [ not 9/24/2008, wrong date on form ] staying all eviction procedures against me until 10/2/2008 is a SELF-AUTHENTICATING document, which means it STANDS ON ITS OWN, I do not have to have Judge Fast authenticate it. It also means that posted on my
blogsite(s) is GENUINE, REAL EVIDENCE that is posted WITH THE INTENT to protect people and WILL NOT BE REMOVED [ blogsite(s) = shield ].

--Now, at the very least, any resident in Jersey City who is harassed by Jersey City Medical Center and dishonest landlords and their dishonest attorney(s), can point to this blog and say, you LIED about Lidya Radin and you are lying about me too, leave me alone.

--My dishonest landlords, and their dishonest attorney(s) had the waiver in their hands on 9/25/2008; they knew that there was NO EVICTION.

--My medical records from Jersey City Medical Center have already passed through a state agency and an independent federal agency, to check for fraud, and have been authenticated. In short, I did not forge these documents.

--The Nurses Notes, dated 10/1/08, at 2:20 PM: " She's being evicted today " coupled with the waiver gives the prosecutors enough information, right now, to know that they can bring charges.

--Criminal intent by Jersey City Medical Center is demonstrated by the fact that this was never discussed with me. I had this waiver in my possession and could have easily produced it, to end my false imprisonment on 10/1/2008. Instead, Jersey City Medical Center created this big fantasy about how they were
" helping " me when all they did was LIE to hurt me, physically assault me as I was trying to recover from spinal injures and almost cost me my life.

--I coulda died, Col. Bunn, it was pretty scary. This isn't the first time.

--Note: The techniques used to create this big fantasy-land and to try to drive me insane are techniques used by the CIA. I talked about this with Lt. Col. Reilly at Ft. Knox, on 9/22/2008. I could write a field manual. I thought about it on the drive to DC, the only thing the CIA is going to do is create this big fantasy-land for me to live in, I can't go to them, Reilly. I was right. I don't have to talk about it openly, I can quote second and third sources, like articles in reputable newspapers: " ...we'll take you off the streets " . I have already gotten threats like this from the North Bergen, New Jersey police and the NYPD, like I am a terrorist. I am not a terrorist.

--I am not frustrated, direct quote from Debra Simon, Hudson County prosecutors office, a few days ago.

--I am a crime victim.

--Apparently, there is some psychopath psychiatrist(s) associated with my medical school who has been running around behind my back FOR
YEARS defaming me as

" she is so angry she is going to get a bomb and blow-up the school " in order to establish motive for Dan Riesel, a former chief federal prosecutor who I caught.

--As a lawyer, Riesel can't act alone. He needs to cite to some authority, some dishonest doctor(s), in order to act against me. In short, I have an ongoing conspiracy.

---Jeevan Padiyar was accused of being a terrorist by my dishonest medical school.

--Marlen Abramova, dishonest Russian/Bukharian-Jew, goaded by her community, ran around behind my back, spreading vicious LIES, that I was going to go to Hamas and get a bomb to blow-up the school, I already confirmed her defaming statements with, Mike Simanowitz, chief of staff at Nettie Mayersohn's office [ New York State Assembly-woman ] telephone: 718-969-1508, email: mayersn@assembly.state.ny.us address: 159-06 71st Avenue, Flushing, NY, 11365. I put the Yeshiva Victims fraud informaton in Mr. Simanowitz's hands. He knows that my medical school is lying about me. We discussed it.
