IT IS REASONABLY FORSEEABLE THAT THEIR ATTACK COULD HAVE RESULTED IN MY DEATH.

Doctors and staff at a major teaching hospital could have reasonably foreseen that a physical assault on a person with spinal injures could have resulted in her death.

There was no eviction scheduled for 10/1/2008---Jersey City Medical Center LIED.

There are no threatening letters that I mailed to Judge Rodriguez, Stacy Dix-Kielbiowski LIED [ three days into my false imprisonment to invent reasons to incarcerate me, when their other lies failed ].

There are no threatening emails from me to Judge Rodriguez, Michael S. Stewart, MD, psychiatrist, LIED.

I fired Kevin Purvin, my first public defender. My behavior was not inappropriate. He is a lawyer that wants me to believe that he cannot get Judge Rodriguez's verbal "no-contact" order into a written form, so that I could have shown it to the police.

Based on the lies that these psychopaths circulated about me, I was physically attacked and almost murdered at Jersey City Medical Center.

Nino Falcone threatened me, and acted on his threats.

My landlord threatened me, and acted on his threats.

Todd Olson threatened me, and acted on his threat.


Question: If I was dead today, would the lives of these psychopaths be harder or easier? Answer: Easier.

They do not want my incarceration. They want my death.

I already discussed this with Maj. Bunn. These are the low-level attacks. If I survive these, then, the attacks will escalate. This is happening now.

Dr. Blau was willing to sign a certification voluntarily. Now, I have to subpoena him. They want to get rid of Dr. Rennie as a witness, too. The Senate Republicans already have information about Dr. Rennie that I hand-delivered to them. The Senate Republicans know that I am telling the truth: they want to silence witnesses, any way they can, destroy evidence, and re-write history.

Thank goodness, I can already prove this with reference to events in Jersey City.


For example, Lawrence Sindoni deliberately kept evidence from May 2008 to July 2008 off-the-record, evidence that demonstrated that my landlord was making interest payments on security deposits to other tenants, but, not to me [ deliberately targeting me in " fresh " acts of retaliation, that would have helped me win my case ], and that the other tenants asked me for information [ I am not harassing them, they asked me for information that resulted in them gettinig money that right-fully belonged to them ]. Lawrence Sindoni kept this evidence off-the-record, to help Falcone try and steal money from me, see his November 2008 letter to me wherein he tries to re-write history, posted on this blogsite. If I was not successful in preserving evidence, then, this psychopath would have gotten away with his crime.

My cases and my life are being micro-managed into failure by a psychopath who is cruising at a higher altitude, because if I am a success in life, Einstein cannot justify my expulsion from medical school. They are so sick, so obsessed, that they are managing towards a false diagnosis of " decreased functioning ", so they can falsely label me as schizophrenic when I am not, because if I am not, then, they will have to face the truth. They deliberately destroy the lives of innocent people, and I am the fourth student that they have tried to label with a false diagnosis.

There is no treatment that can be provided to me for the criminal conduct of these psychopaths, because their conduct is not a problem that originates with me; they need to be prosecuted, immediately.

I will be placing information on video-tape at Jersey City Council meetings, but, I suspect that some council-members are too busy counting their bribes to worry about the safety of the residents of Jersey City, as the FBI knows.

There is a second outstanding subpoena asking for my records from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University that will not be compiled with because my records have been falsified and they do not know how many copies are out there, or, how many people have seen them, and they are scared to death.
I am the fourth student that these psychopaths have slapped a false psychiatric diagnosis on.
