COL BUNN: HAVE ZERO CONFIDENCE IN THE HUDSON COUNTY PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE.

--The Hudson County prosecutor's office has had my falsified financial records, with a police report, since 2005.

--They got phone calls from Congressman Menendez's staff; he is now Senator Menendez. They spit in his face.

--At first, Congressman Menendez was willing to take action. Then, the Democratic party bosses told him to do nothing.

--I got a "no-contact" order from criminal court on Jan. 18, 2009. Within 24 hours, Ralph Pagnozzi violated it. Within 10 days North Bergen municipal court judge Nino Falcone violated it. The Hudson County prosecutor's office did nothing. Had they let Falcone and Pagnozzi cool their heels in jail for a few hours, as a warning, I would not have been physically assaulted and almost killed at Jersey City Medical Center thanks to the lies these psychopaths circulated.

--The Hudson County prosecutor's office is going to have to get the State Attorney General and the federal prosecutor involved, if they are not already involved, because the Hudson County prosecutor's office cannot sit in judgment on itself.

--It is impossible to believe that Judge Fast, a Superior court judge, honestly and sincerely believed that Angel Quinones [ corrected spelling, 14-August-2009 ] as a non-party witness, was creditable. Judge Fast knew he lied.


--Judge Fast was already making excuses for Kenneth Kim's lies....along the lines of...oh, he is just a young man who went along with the scheme. No. Mr. Kim is an adult and he was a law clerk. He and his girlfriend knew what they were doing when they lied. Lawrence Sindoni knew what he was doing when he deliberately kept evidence off-the-record to let Mr. Kim get away with his lies.

--In New York, I can't go to the State Attorney General, because that office already threatened me. Me to Mel Goldberg: " If I can't get justice in an American court, I will go to an international court." Mel Goldberg to me: "You'll never get there".

--As an American woman, on American soil, in a time of war, I have no recourse now, but to appeal to the Army; I have standing, legally, morally, ethically. They forced me to do so.
