Already entered as exhibits in the Second Circuit.
Already provided to plenty of others to double-check.
Can Judge Sonia Sotomayor, and Judge Ruth Bader Ginsberg, explain why I, as a woman who was given minority-student status, for socio-economic reasons, as a first-generation American, as a Roman Catholic, as a woman born and raised in New York, am engaged in a war that almost cost me my life, because the courts where these two women operate does not uphold the law?
Can these 2 women uphold the law, NOW?
More than any other place, this place, this gateway to America, this city, this city of immigrants, of first-generation Americans, of poor, needs courts that uphold the law, and exercise simple common sense----can these 2 women explain why I , as a de facto representative of every medical student in the state of New York, was almost killed, because their courts refused to uphold the law?
Can they explain why it was an an Iranian woman, a diplomat in Washington, who helped save my life?
What do these 2 women plan on doing to make sure this never happens again?
