MY ATTORNEYS COOPERATE IN THE CRIMES TOWARDS ME

I asked Jonathan Goodman, my second public defender and Judge Nesle Rodriguez for orders of protection against psychopaths like Stacey Dix-Kielbiowski [ see note below ], they refused to provide them, so I can continue to be victimized. Jonathan Goodman and Judge Nesle Rodriguez are profoundly disturbed individuals.

I asked Jess Berkowitz, the public defender assigned to me in Manhattan, to obtain orders of protection against these psychopaths, like John Scarfone who has already committed perjury in federal district court, and he refused. He wants me to be harmed. Any normal, decent person would be screaming to have protective orders by now, he knows the complaining witnesses are liars, not making up excuses for them.


In short, my attorneys act in concert [ read here, this is a criminal conspiracy ]with these psychopaths. Any normal, decent attorney would have protective orders for me against these psychopaths already, not make up excuses, would demand that the charges against me be dropped, not listen to some hot-shot at the Manhattan Assistant District Attorney taunt me....ha,ha,ha....there is nothing I can do......ha, ha....you can spend your time prosecuting real criminals, not doing Yeshiva University's dirty work.

Judge Velazquez told me to make my own subpoenas, he knows what the attorneys are up to, and that he would enforce them. Today, he refused to enforce subpoenas. This is a HUGE human rights issue. If he had no vested interest, he would enforce the subpoenas, he would not protect a judge, his boss, Nesle Rodriguez who lied about me.

Michael S. Stewart, a psychopath psychiatrist at Jersey City Medical Center, accused me of sending threatening emails to Judge Rodriguez, but, can not produce them. Today, Judge Velzaquez refused to enforce a subpoena to Michael Stewart compelling their production.
